Well, the gutters, downspouts and ‘RainDrop’ leaf covers are installed correctly, but not without my own inspection and intervention to correct a couple leaky joints. I would have had the PM do it, but he always seemed to be unavailable. That in a nutshell seems to be the norm with any follow-up work by this company. I can state this because I also have similar experiences with a new roof at my sisters’ house in Westmont. Follow-up for a leaking roof ’after’ a new roof is hit-and-miss, because the priority is not to a paid job, but to jobs being done at the moment. Not very customer oriented after the final payment. We are still waiting and the leaking still leaks.

We have already recommended Naperville Roofing & Construction to a couple of our friends and neighbors!

Areas Of Satisfaction - They were professional and honest. Able to find the issue right away where as 2 other roofers couldn't find leak problem and wanted to redo entire area. Naperville Roofing just added some caulking and charged a very minimal amount. I was so grateful.

We were in the middle of getting a new patio with another company. During excavation, we found multiple rotting boards and insulation on the exterior of the house. We needed someone to come out to fix immediately before we could continue work on our patio. We reached out to 10 different handypersons/construction companies. Most never even responded. Naperville Roofing & Construction called me very quickly and scheduled the repair for the next day! They understood the emergency situation and were so timely, prompt and professional. Geno and Joel came out and created a plan to repair and the repair was completely done only a few hours later! We couldn't be more grateful for how responsive this crew was for our emergency issue. We will definitely be using them for more future home projects and repairs!
