My experience with My Guys Remodeling was excellent. They were very upfront from the first call regarding when I could expect work to start, etc. There were product delays, which had nothing to do with My Guys but due to all external factors, which were out of their control. Shane kept me updated and in the loop regarding what was going on at the job site. He made great recommendations and welcomed feedback/questions I had during the renovation. I felt that we worked as a team. Everyone was trustworthy, respectful, courteous, extremely professional and they did quality/awesome work. The house looks amazing!

The workmanship is not to be beat. I have had several people stop when I was in the front yard to comment on how nice the house looks. They were very professional from start to finish. I am pleased with the work. However, they were suppose to come back an fix the trim inside one of the windows and the protection latch on another. Have never seen or heard form them since they left in February.

Dave, salesperson/consultant, was very influential in my decision to hire My Guys Gutters to install a storm door plus gutters. From start to finish, he was my “go to person.” My project proceeded from start to finish in a timely manner. The door and the gutters are working and looking as they should. Thanks MyGuys Remodeling for removing the anxiety from an otherwise stressful experience. The local woodpeckers started boring holes in our Masonite siding to get at the insulation beneath for nesting material. Not good. Flex Tape only goes so far when it comes to repairing siding, and we’re expecting another active storm season. We decided that all the Masonite siding needed to go away.I contacted four vendors about replacing the Masonite 4X8 panels on our Tudor home, and received a range of results: slow response, balking at the project scope, scheduling issues, overcharging. Of the four vendors only MyGuys Remodeling responded promptly without objecting to any of my requests.Project Scope:Replace the 4X8 Masonite stucco panels with the Hardie Plank pre-painted equivalent. Sounds pretty simple, right? I mean, if you are a siding company, then this should pretty much be your bread-and-butter.Anyway, for some reason, I got resistance from most of the vendors in two areas:• They didn’t like the stucco panels. (How do you put siding on a Tudor house without them?)• They wanted to paint them. (Ok, but I thought Hardie was really pushing the benefits of their Color Plus technology.)Then thirdly: they wanted $$$$ to do the job, and they couldn’t fit the project in until … sometime way in the future.My Guys Remodeling, in contrast• Ordered the Color Plus panels without any issues. • Schedule our project earlier than anticipated.• Came in with a quote well under the other quotes.So that was a win-win-win.The considerate and conscientious My Guys crew maintained a professional and clean worksite. They provided their own port-o-let, so they never needed to come inside our home. (More of a concern during this era of social distancing.) After completing the project, they removed all of the debris.They also completed the project from beginning to end in about a week. They didn’t leave anything half done, and they kept the home sealed throughout the process.Joe and Shannon Bass, the project manager and management team, stayed in communication with us during all the project stages, and they were available to answer questions whenever we thought of them.
