The quality of craftsmanship is excellent. We appreciate the reputation of this company.

Please don't use this company. I am retired person that spent 140,000.00. They have made big mistakes that they won't address. They just don't respond. It's like a slap in the face I got your money now I'm done with you.

I am still so angry that I have had to do so much work to get my new house operational.

Tom took time out of his day almost everyday to stop by to make sure we were happy. When something happened he did everything he could to fix it. Jon was so fun in the beginning with all the demo. He made a special project just for me. I wanted to demo a wall and he made me a spot I could go right through. Just made me feel special. Mark was so detail oriented at the end. He made us feel like he genuinely cared about how things finished and made sure we were happy everyday.

I had never done a redesign before but had heard horror stories about working with other firms. After we met with Murphy Bros. the first time, we knew we were going to get the bathroom we wanted and work with nice, helpful consultants.

Kasey had lots of ideas and was so pleasant, so we decided to work with Murphy Bros. We were very excited that Murphy has their own cabinet maker, too!

Additional Comments - We chose Murphy even though it was more expensive than our other two bids and it was well worth it. The other two companies said they would have to smash our existing tile to take out the vanity. Murphy Bros. was careful not to disturb the tile (which we really like) because they cared about what we wanted.

Jonah, Paul and Jon were the main people that were involved in our project, but the person(s) designing our project along with all of the people performing the work on site should be recognized as well. I don't remember all of the names so I won't attempt to put any names here. I would also add that Jonah, Paul and Jon along with everyone working on site was very friendly and communicated with us on questions and progress.

We are very satisfied with our Murphy Express remodel. McKenzie, our project manager, was very professional and made helpful suggestions on granite choices and some of the fixtures. Granite and fixtures were all very high quality.

Communication - She kept us informed on scheduling and arranged for the crew to enter our home when we were out of town. This worked well with our schedule.
