They did excellent work in a timely manner

I have used Modern Renovation for my house roof and deck as well the roof and siding of our cabin. I would recommend them for any services they provide.

They fixed the issue, but only sort of. We had problems with the flashing as the roof meets the house. They came back and fixed that. They did the roof and did it very fast. They ripped a lot of our screen windows and completely demolished our pathway lights. They reimbursed us for them, but they don't make them anymore. We never replaced the ripped screens and that impacts our ability to open the window. They moved fast and did it well, but there were nails and it was sloppy the way that they demolished it. There were things on our bushes. The final product looks good. There were parts that were uneven, but they came back and fixed that. The glass was shattered and the metal was bent. They don't make that brand anymore so we can't just replace the things that were broken. We didn't want to spend that kind of money on new lights.

Communication was not the best and there are some visual issues with the roof, like corners coming up and rows not straight
