Every step of the process from bids to completion and cleanup up was excellent. We've never seen such hard workers.

After making calls to 3 roofers, Jeff returned a call within a couple of hours and made arrangements to come walk around and assess what was required for our situation. We had a 45+ year old ceramic tile roof showing damage and wear, and needed new fascia boards and new gutters. I asked him to quote the possible addition of soffits if I felt we could afford them. He gave me a very comprehensive quote for the basic roof and trim work. He had a separate section for the soffits, and another for the painting. The total was within the parameters of what I expected, given some online estimators I'd checked out. I especially felt good because the materials they use are very highly rated by industry and consumer reviewers. There's an excellent warranty.

Jeff scheduled the work and kept me posted about any changes that might have to occur due to weather. He was unphased by some travel I was needing to do. We stayed in contact by text and photos. The people I live with were so impressed with how quickly the old roof came off and got hauled away, and how beautifully the new roof was put in place. All in one day! The soffits were installed another day, and painting of the fascia and soffits just happened. It's all beautiful. Eager for the gutters to get done.

Everyone on the team has been thorough, polite, and tidy. They even offered to tack down some warped boards along the south face of the house that have needed attention for a few years. Hiring someone else to assess that job and come out to do it would have cost a lot more than the modest fee I approved. I'm so relieved to have a roof that enhances the appearance, safety, and value of the house.

This was a project I needed to contract for from out of state. Jeff was very understanding and answered all my questions and concerns before, during and after. He was knowledgeable about his products and made good recommendations. Did everything when and how he said he would and let me know immediately about some hidden damage that would add extra cost. Otherwise the price was what was quoted and the job was done in a day and a half. Can't attest to value because I don't know the market there, but MJ was well under the one other roofer that I got a bid from and none of the others even bothered to get back to me. Highly recommend.

We had a truly quality experience with MJ Roofing. They did a subfloor repair and also replaced our roof. Mike was really patient, professional and I feel like we got really high quality work done for a good price. Also super impressed with the warranty MJ Roofing was able to offer because of their high standards. The guys who worked on our roof were respectful, professional, and just all around did a great job and went above and beyond. The guy who did our subfloor repair was the same. Love the new roof and highly recommend this business!
