Jeff Garland was very helpful and supportive during lengthy negotations with my insurance company.He made a number of trips to take photos and put in temporary fix til issoues could be resolved. He hung in for 18 months and his efforts improved my final settlement.

Well, I like that they entered their phone, and how prompt they got out here and took care of what was damaged

It took a long time to be scheduled, communication was bad, it was clear you didn’t care about my small job, workers left a mess in my house.

I had a small job, a skylight replacement. I paid a deposit and was told I’d be scheduled by the end of the month. Then I didn’t hear anything from you for five or six weeks. I had to call to get put on the schedule and your guys finally showed up two weeks later.

I am sure they did a fine job replacing the skylight, but they let all kinds of debris fall into the house while they had it open. I know you are a roofing company, not interior, but it’s not difficult to put down a drop cloth or bring in a shop vac after you are done.

I’ll go elsewhere next time.

My only complaint would be the length of time it took to get done. 8 weeks is a long time. The rep, Steve and the workers who put the gutters up, were great. The workmanship was awesome. I would highly recommend you.

I went with the mighty dog roofing largely because I saw a newspaper article on where they had done a roof for free for someone in need. I always prefer doing business with good people that care about the community they live in. They did a quality job at a fair price, no complaints.

I'm just kind of overall disappointed with how the whole thing went. I've never had a roof replaced so maybe this is par for the course. I've left other details in the subsequent questions, but I had some frustration with how long it took them to come out after I got the quote, the fact that they decided to rip my old roof off right before a day when it was supposed to rain all day so that they then couldn't put a new roof on until the day after, and I had leakage in between (which they did fix), the damage to my existing gutters including moving a downspout so that it was no longer functional and was splashing water all over my siding (I did notify them about it but they didn't come and fix it for months), plus basically ruining another downspout and not replacing it. They also left a whole bunch of materials on my lawn for about a week after the job was done, and didn't come and pick it up until I asked. I guess I just expected a little bit more professionalism. The job itself looks good I guess? Other than the bright white gutters on the front of my brown house...

Lack of communication, not letting clients make informed decisions about repairs. I will absolutely not refer them to friends and family, paying a negotiated $1000 for the "favor" of the repair is ridiculous. I was told one thing would be done and instead the contractor made a decision to do a repair I could have accomplished myself for significantly less than $1000
