MEC Builds was professional and quick. The installation team finished the roof installation in the dark as I had the work completed in November. When the gutter company (the gutter company wanted the roof installed by MEC before they installed their gutters) didn't finalize their installation by sticking the roof ice shield to the gutter flashing as the gutter company said they would, MEC Builds went above and beyond the commitment by performing this work for me. While I don't expect roof work for approximately 30 years on this house (hopefully longer), I would happily work with MEC Builds again.

I was impressed on how quickly and well the project went from start to finish, The old roof was removed efficiently, the damage from a fallen tree was repaired and the new roof was replaced in one morning! The people who worked this project clearly knew what they were doing and worked together well. Honestly, a thing of beauty so see the team working together in such friendly harmony. Also, my questions were answered before during and after the process, and the site was left in excellent condition with all the old roof stuff cleaned up and taken away. 5 stars! no reservations at all on MEC - go forward with this company with confidence.

MEC showed up when they were scheduled to, removed an old concrete tile roof, removed an unused chimney chase, put on the new roof, and installed new skylights, all in under 2 days. Simply amazing. And the new roof looks fantastic. Their quote was less than the competitor's quote that I got and the competitor didn't even include replacing the 45 year old skylights with new units. I could not recommend MEC Roofing more strongly.

Every stage of doing business with MEC Builds was exceptional. Our roof was completed in one day. Dustin, the project manager, showed up first and answered all questions we had before the work began. The crew worked diligently and happily all day (even singing as they worked), were super polite and cautious when we entered and left our home during the day; they protected our plants and things in the yard before beginning the work and cleaned up the job site so it was spotless. Very satisfied with MEC BUILDS. Estimate for new roof was lowest of those I sought. Even better, few additional supplies (e.g. replacement plywood, etc) were necessary nor suggested. Real tests for the new roof lie ahead when fall and winter storms arrive. But, as of now, roof looks great. MEC Builds effectively started and completed the reroofing in one day! They have a large crew, each member of which works well with the others, with very little confusion as to who does what. Matt and Dustin communicate well the various steps in the process, and Haven is very responsive to texts regarding materials, timing, and resolution of questions. There was a minor problem in one area of the roof, and MEC Builds resolved it within a day of its discovery. The work crew is happy, enthusiastic, and friendly. It was a fun project for us!
