Very good experience. Communication was good and very helpful
High quality of the home is what attracted me.
Concern For Needs - Jay has been so patient and helpful. He’s awesome.
Solid team in place at McCall Homes, knowledgeable and very open to alternative opinions.
Love my little cottage that feels bigger than I thought it would.
Easiest build ever I highly recommend
I absolutely love our home and neighborhood. I feel like we are taken care of and seen here. The buying process was so great and flawless, they made us feel like family. I look forward to growing our family here for many years.
Great experience ftom the first point of contact
By far the best built home I have owned. McCalls take building to the next level they truly pour their heart and sole into building your home.
I currently live in a McCall home and I love it. I'm so excited to be buying my second McCall home. I really appreciate the way you have streamlined this whole process step by step. McCall Home developments are so unique and really stand out in the Billings community.
The whole process of building at Annafeld was great. Jay was awesome to work with. Jodi made design easy. Eddy kept every deadline and kept us in the loop once or even twice a week.
Disappointed with the timeline. It's been three months and I haven't gotten a price yet. Long wait.
I love my house and this area of Billings. However, I get the overall feeling that McCall Homes is more concerned with building more houses as fast as possible rather than taking care of issues in the homes they have already sold. This is incredibly frustrating and does not make me likely to recommend McCall Homes to others.
Building Concerns - We had questions about pricing, financing and building procedures. Everyone at McCall's has been educated on the subject or knew who to discuss it with.
Additional Comments - We have had several questions and all have been communicated and answered quickly. The McCall team knows their stuff about building homes and neighborhoods. We are looking forward to moving into our new home in Annafeld.
Additional Comments - Great team. Very sastisfied.
Great location for the development. McCall Homes has a good reputation in the homebuilding industry.
The project has not been completed so cannot say if I would recommend McCall Homes to a friend.
McCall Homes is a well-oiled machine.
The McCalls build affordable, energy efficient homes. Their pre-designed, pre-finished products are lower grade and have flaws. Their custom construction houses appear to be better built from walking through them. Communication and responsiveness is lacking if you have any issues post-closing.
They are an excellent company! They have done excellent work so far!
I thought it was a really good quality build by McCall Homes.
This is the 4th house that McCall Homes has built for me. I wouldn’t trust any other builder in town. They always do a great job, the attention to detail is amazing and the quality is top notch!
Areas Of Satisfaction - The community living exceeded expectations. We have neighbors that are nice and welcoming, and the community is pretty well kept.
Lead Source - Originally, we heard about McCall Homes when they had Whoville in their other community Josephine Crossing.
Additional Comments - We are extremely happy about our buy, and we're proud to call Annafeld home.
Lead Source - I lived in Happy Homes Apartments just down the street from Annafeld. I walked by Annafeld all the time and eventually walked through the model home. That was when I knew that I had to move to Annafeld, for both quality and space.
Very professional and trustworthy company. They have great reviews on the quality of work they've done. McCall homes really does a good job!
Honestly, probably not. The homes are built quickly and on a tight budget, and it is starting to show. The lack of sound dampening between the condo units is a massive issue. I can hear my neighbors talking, and I can especially hear them when they are arguing, watching tv or playing the piano (yes, you can hear the music in *every* room, and the sound is crystal clear). It makes me feel constantly on-edge in my own home. I can't relax after work unless my neighbors cooperate or I wear noise cancelling headphones. I was told that there was extra space between the wall of the condos and an extra layer of drywall, but I don't know if I believe that, based on the noise I can hear and the amount of thumping I can hear from people going up and down the stairs or closing doors and drawers (or the toddler in the AirBnb next door who loves to run around the kitchen island all evening). The neighbor's master bathroom is on the other side of the only wall of where you can put your bed in the master bedroom, so I have the keen pleasure of being jolted awake at 11:30 every night when my neighbors decide to start getting ready for bed (slamming of drawers, doors, arguments, etc). I am going to have to hire someone to come in and do some acoustical work in my home as the noise from neighboring units has made my home unlivable.
I also don't love the number of rental units and airbnbs in the neighborhood, which has created a revolving door of people moving in and out of the neighborhood and which makes on-street parking a mess, especially out towards the main road. You can't see around all the cars parked on the street to exit the neighborhood onto Elysian, which is pretty scary since Elysian is 45 mph and you have to pull most of the way into the road to see if anyone is coming. It's incredibly frustrating as the houses out on Elysian were designed to have driveways that are too short for a car to park in, so the cars are parked on the road, and since most of these are rentals, there are multiple people people with multiple cars living in each unit with maybe one parking spot/garage stall. It feels like the neighborhood is 75% renters, 25% homeowners.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of McCall Homes as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
