The young man who installed the product, Matt, worked for 12 hours and didn't leave until the job was completed to my satisfaction. The final product was even better than I had expected. Tom was very professional and extremely polite. Neat as a stitch, he explained everything he was doing as he began each process. I am extremely grateful that Antoine was able to work us in after realizing that that they were short with installers. Antoine informed us promptly of the shortage and offered a reschedule for the same week. Then he immediately called again to inform me of a canceled service and offered me the available installer, who was Tom. As it it was the day before the snow storm, we appreciated not having to take off any additional time from work. Our old cast iron tub and vinyl tub surround were removed and the new shower installed between 9am and 2:30 pm. We're thrilled with the result!!!. Our home is over 50 years old and we weren't sure how it would turn out with the old plumbing. But Tom did a superb job!

My installation process was stalled because I main shut off valve leaked and had to be replaced. Once that was accomplished, my installer returned and completed the job. MaxHome and the installer worked with me to schedule and reschedule the installation around the inconvenience of having to have my main shut off valve replaced. They made the process as smooth and convenient as possible. I really appreciate that. It made the experience a success.

Sales team was very knowledgeable and was never pushy, installation was totally above what I expected and when they left all and any mess was totally cleaned up. Very, very satisfied.

This was a simple process… I called the number on tv , appointment was set and was contacted by the local rep Craig.. he came by showed all the available options (colors & equipment). It was a done deal!
Date of the installation came and there was their tech Matt. He came in confirmed the measurements and went directly to work. Great Christian kid and he completed the job very satisfactory!
