The salesman was very professional and explained everything and answer all questions. The installer, Matt told me what he would do step-by-step. when he finished it was beautiful.

Scott S. (Inspection/Sales/Design) was easy to talk to and listened to our questions and concerns intently. He did his absolute best to work out a remodel plan to fit our needs and made helpful suggestions along the way. Installers Simon B. and Carlos U. were efficient without being curt, very customer driven and friendly while working and focused on doing their best job. They worked quick, clean and hard to give us a quality shower in minimum time with maximum appearance. We will recommend 100% and use MaxHome again when the need arises

I liked that the whole process as so easy. In one visit I was signed up. in about a month the tub was installed in 5 hours. That was it.

Your presentation was great and so was the installation. Everyone was professional and great at what they do. The only thing is it is so expensive to do this and It will take forever to pay for it. Otherwise I love my new bathroom

Product and installation was amazing. We are very pleased.

Materials are very nice, I just had higher expectations for the total renovation experience. The shower does not ensure water will stay off the other floor area. Also, we should, maybe, have opted for a bench (place to dry my feet), but that would have made it even more cramped than it already is

The installer was very nice
Not happy with the finished installation, outside trim wrap it was not in line , did not look professional at all, caulking on outside needed redoing, shower head had to get piece inside changed not enough pressure….
Going on 4 th trip out 2 day install, 1trip to fix the caulk problem waiting on 1 more trip to tear out top piece wrap and reinstall outside top wrap.
In sales pitch was told tearing out old shower to the studs and putting up water proof sheet rock.
Instead tore out floor and glued panels to the old tile.

Great quality and fits the space really well. Highly recommend this product.
