House is very attractive and well built. The firm has a genuine interest in producing a quality product and following through on commitments. I always felt that we were receiving honest answers and billing throughout the building process.

Out of the seven production homes I've purchased in my life, Marnella Homes has delivered a better product with better service than Toll Brothers and everybody else.

Marnella Homes is building a superior quality Netzero home with National Green Building Standards (NGBS) highest possible “Emerald” certification, fully powered by Solar energy among many other green features ground up. We will be the proud owners with a goal to make this a contemporary highly functional model home as we know today. Being an avid gardener, the back yard will be a modern version of a “Victory Garden” - all edible with a mini orchard and vegetable garden augmented by a sprawling meadow lawn for pollinators on this 3/4 acre lot.
The construction kicked off on Sep 1, 2022 and about 50% done in-spite of the inclement weather. Suffice to say there were zero problems in the eyes of the customer. This is a testament to meticulous planning and execution. Thanks Tony, Damon, Gina and Carol. You are an awesome team along with some 20+ subcontractors and city officials. Is there anything left unsaid?
