Throughout the whole process, they didn't really communicate at any point with me. It was really hard to navigate the process. At one point, they had broke something on my house. They had told me they were going to fix it on a separate day. They didn't fix it on that day, and they didn't tell me that they weren't going to fix it, they just, finished the job and left. When I called them, they said that they were going to come on a certain Sunday. They said they were going to dispatch someone to fix it. Then they no-called, no-showed. When I called to follow up that Monday, I was told by a manager that they don't dispatch anyone on Sundays. Someone verbally and over email confirmed that someone was going to come on a particular Sunday to fix the issue. It was just a very unpleasant experience customer service-wise. As far a workmanship, the roof looks good, my leak is gone, and the quality is great. Overall, the customer service and communication were terrible.

How clean they were, the Forman was present

Everyone one the job was profesional, efficient and polite. The roof was compleated before the estimated time, and there was no trace of debris left.

I was kept informed all during the installation process, consulted as to the best way to install the roof and was included in any decisions that need to be made. It became a more difficult installation than originally planned and it was completed without a hitch.

There were a couple issues with the roof install. 2 different colors were used for the flashing over the front door (very visible location) and pieces af fascia trim that were supposed to be replaced weren’t (PM said they didn’t have enough PVC). Waiting for a response from Gary. Gutter and leader subcontractor also installed the gutters wrong at first (raised 3-4 inches) and had to reinstall.

Buyer beware, Marcor Construction does not honor what they say they are going to do. Once they are done, they don't come back to finish or follow through with their promises.

There were problems, but they did try to make it right. They should not have started the job until they had the siding on site.

The roofing job was excellent. The only issue was the amount of nails that I found after they had finished cleaning up well in excess of 500.

I would recommend them based solely on the communication of Joey Karo their salesman and the availability of the owner. I do however believe you should be home to watch the crews work to ensure the contract is adhered too. At the end of the day, they satisfied their contract and corrected all issues as they arose.
