We had Mad City Windows & Bath do our bathroom. They did our tub and shower. We will use them again for our kitchen in the future.

For the price, the windows are great, but the screens are not good. They are very flimsy. I have one screen that fell out. The rubber that holds the screen in the frame is not tight and has come loose all the way around. It fell out yesterday, and it was lying on the ground with the window wide open.

Really enjoy the products and the sales and installation process and people were great -- just always wonder about cost comparison and felt rushed to make the decision instead of having a chance to compare -- if the products and prices are comparable/understandable, then why rush? Also was lead to believe there might be rebates available, which this state/area/energy companies don't have -- sales people should have been more knowledgeable on this and not seemingly misrepresented such. Also the financing information could have been more complete. Had to wait until well after installation to really know all the details.

Read the contract well. It was my understanding that I had a year to start my payment and that there was no interest for a year. I had not planned to start my payment for more than a year, but after a few months, I wanted to get my finances together with my bank. I got a notice from the financing company that I have to start payments in March, and the job was started in January. I can and will pay, but I was expecting to pay later. Read the contract well.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new walk-in shower that they installed. The installer, William, came right on time and finished everything in one day. Everything's great, and we absolutely love it.

The young man that stopped at my house to ask if Mad City could do any work for me, the salesman that came to talk to me, and the man that did my kitchen cupboards were all very curtious and professional. Prices are high but so is everywhere. I was happy with Mad City and would recommend them.

Mad City Windows & Bath - Davenport did a good job. There was just some finish stuff at the end that got missed, like enclosing some wires, but they came back and fixed it. We are happy with the shower.
