They covered everything in bedroom with plastic so the dust could not fall on the bed . They laid plastic down so carpet didn't get dirty

From the sale to the install, everything was explained very well. The windows appear to be very quality, the financing options were nice, the installers were efficient and cleaned up after themselves.

We are still having problems with the windows that require a technician to come out to our house more than 6 months after the initial installation. The poor initial installation has led to further problems and has impacted the quality of the windows.

The professionalism of the entire team from scheduling a time to meet with sales clear through the installment was top notch! The double warranty is also a huge bonus.

If someone asks about Mad City I would recommend but it is quite expensive.

They are very expensive but the quality is good and the people are easy to work with.

The overall process was great and the sales person was not pushy at all and straight forward with us! The installation person was great to deal with and answered all questions and explained care going forward! We would highly recommend mad city for your next bathroom project!

I generally don't recommend things or services, figure people need to find out on their own and I won't be blamed if they have a bad experience. Also a former teacher who was a tough grader, so pretty hard to get a 9 or 10. But my experience with Mad City was very positive. Initial demo and installation was done in a day, fairly amazing. I was doing the entire bathroom in two phases, which required a couple of minor cosmetic refinishes, and Mad City came out and did them promptly and made it all look great, and at no extra charge. Much appreciated. I didn't really do much on price comparison, and thought it was somewhat pricey, but again, others should do their own shopping if they are trying to get the lowest number. But a couple months in, I am very satisfied with the product and the service from Mad City.

No, because I was lied to during the sale and I did not get what I thought I was buying.

Installation was not in one day. The shower install was scheduled before you had the customer shower door. I was at that time told what my balance owed was.
Then when you came to install the door, I was told the balanced owed was a different price.

Each employee was blaming someone else in the problem.

We highly recomend Mad City to anyone who is looking to have a great walk-in shower installed. The thing that really sold us was the ease of cleaning and being able to design the shower ourselves.

They were thorough. Made sure everything was done. And when asked to do some extra stuff for cleanup, they took care of it right away.

I appreciated each team member at each stage of the process. Everyone was very professional and answered any questions I had. My installer had great interpersonal skills and remained very professional with a set back due to a difficult inspector. I had 1 missed sealant seam due to an oddly wrapped end cap on my shower wall. They sent out someone right away to apply the sealant on the missed seam. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my end product and the entire experience with Mad City Bath!

Installation took 1 day by 1 worker who worked very hard all day. Items were covered & cleaned pretty well prior to leaving. All looked great
upon completion.

We were impressed with the entire process. Our salesman provided several demonstrations comparing Mad City window frames with those of competitors, as well as a demonstration of heat transfer through Mad City windows compared to competitor windows. Mad City has a superior warranty compared to other companies (2 life-time warranties cover the next home owner as well.). Our installers did a great job! They worked efficiently and our new windows look great!

Honestly I was very hesitant since we had such a bad experience when we first bought the house and had new windows installed from a different company. Anything that could go wrong did go wrong. I got estimates from several companies the second time around and Mad City’s made me feel comfortable choosing them. The same estimate showed up right on time, after confirming our appointment. He was at our house for hours answering my annoying questions and going through everything in detail. When the next crew came in the measurements, again they confirmed the day and time and were prompt. Installation day came and the crew were so amazing, I still can’t believe they finished in one day. They left the house better that I left it (moved furniture before they came so a little messy). Walked through the outside and inside having me open, close and lock the windows making sure I was satisfied with them. They went over paperwork in detail, again answering my silly questions and said to call if I had more and left me with a few cards for Mad city workers.

I would highly recommend the staff of Mad City. They did a great job quickly and the new shower door looks great!
