The sales person and installer were excellent

I was told by the sales person that my windows would be warrantied 100%. That if I accidentally broke a glass pane it would be replaced, if I rip a screen it would be replaced. None of this is in writing. The only warranty info I received is from the manufacturer when the windows were installed. The manufacturers warranty is void also because the info from the installer wasn’t filled out on the paperwork. The screen on one window is already falling apart. Most of the windows don’t have plugs to cover screw holes.

Nothing in particular. My recommendation would depend on what my friend was looking for. The windows are great but not inexpensive.

I am very pleased with the look and function of my new shower and look forward to having my other bathroom completed next year. The service technician was very professional, polite, and accommodated my arrangements to enable him to work around my pets without inconveniencing or worrying him or myself.

This process was so thorough and smooth, painless, and speedy. The installer was Jacob was an outstanding representative for MAD City. Not one hiccup in the process. I have already recommended Mad City for friends that are thinking about converting their bath area.
