Professional service was provided by our installer. Our bathroom is very small, and I'm sure was challenging. However, the walk-in shower was completed by the end of the day. My husband and I are both extremely satisfied.

Everything was delivered and installed as promised. But the premium service and product demand a premium price. We're happy.

Mad City remodeled a kitchen in a previous home prior to installing windows here. Everything is okay but a couple things: the installers put covering down on floor where there was vinyl but did not protect the carpet. They were walking on newer carpet with snow covered shoes.

The adhesive they used was dripped on windrow sill and during removal the residue was scraped and slightly gouged the wood.

Overall the installers were professional and worked well.

The windows have a high element of insulation. Our installer Stephan was personable and completed the job on time as well as cleaning up and answering our questions. I would definitely recommend this company and their windows and installation service.

I was very satisfied with the work that was performed by Larry K he was very informative and knowledgeable he was on time and he cleaned up very well wouldn’t have known he was at my home answered all my questions and demonstrated on how everything worked in my new tub and including the products that can and cannot be used on cleaning the tub I was very impressed

The whole process, from initial meeting with sales rep to finished product, went smoothly. The company was quick to answer any questions we had & the installers were polite & precise in their work. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

More cost efficient ways out there to get new shower. Too many different people involved drives up Mad City costs.
