Excellent service from sales person to Tyler and his team who did installation

I didn’t shop around so I don’t know how competitive the company really is in relationship to others.

I was happy with their service.

I am satisfied with the product and for the most part the installation. I do wonder though how much stress it puts on your workers having to spend more than four hours driving to and from work sites. My understanding is that a traffic blockage of some sort delayed our installer an additional 40 minutes getting here.

The gentleman that did my installation of a new shower enclosure was extremely meticulous and professional. He was concerned about what I wanted the iob to look like. They worked very hard in the heat and muggy weather for two days. You have a great employee and I commend his efforts. Mad City is lucky to have him!

From our experiences with the sales team to the install team, I would definitely recommend Mad City to my friends and family. The finished product is beautiful and they were totally empathetic to their 95 year old disabled customer!
