My sales rep promised me one thing then the measurement rep said I could not get that. Sales rep offered a substitution and that didn’t work as well. Measurements were changed on 2 cabinets that originally had only one shelf. They were changed into 2 smaller shelves that were never explained to me. However he had me sign off on it. There was no reason for that to be changed. His time at my house was entirely too long for taking measurements. Then he had to redo them and come a 2nd time.

I am so happy with my new shower that your company put in. It's more than perfect. The service has been excellent and so caring to make sure it was everything I wanted and more. The service man Ken was unbelievable with his measurements especially going up the wall and having it come down where my cathedral ceiling is. I have had so many compliments on it. The quality of all the materials and trim is really great... I can't believe all the materials came in so quick too. I will definely be a constant customer. Next I am going to have windows put in from your company. For your company is so organized from my appt. I made with you and talking to me after the shower was put in and making sure I was pleased with everything Thank you so much for the excellent service...

This is the best way to get a new shower completed. The team who took care of us were extremely courteous and showed us what was taking place each step of the way. We made one mistake with the shower bar; but PT and his assistant were more than happy to immediately fix it. Even took a special trip out to do so!! I would strongly recommend Mad City to anyone needing some bathroom updates!

Work was done quickly in two days. Areas both inside and out were left clean with little for me to do. Installation went smoothly thanks to an excellent installer, with no “surprises”.

From Sales to Installation the journey was a little bumpy but that was due to our HOA. Mad City got everything together and got the job completed to our complete satisfaction.

I would definitely recommend Mad City to others! There's lifetime warranty on all windows, including breakage. This warranty is also transferable to a subsequent owner! This is the last time you will ever replace your windows!
