The service was outstanding, and the guys were professional and personable. Joe and Mario did the work on my kitchen, and the field supervisor came every day to oversee the project. He made sure to answer any questions that I had and to make certain the installers had everything they needed. I liked the efficiency with which they presented it, and the quality was very good.

Very satisfied! Took 4 days but the results were worth waiting for. Thanks Mad City!

They were way higher priced than anybody else, and I found that out after the fact.

Professional installation

This is the 2nd tub/shower that we have replaced with Mad City. Material and workmanship is very high quality.

Wow! Mad City completely transformed the look of my house with their windows. I was wowed during the presentation of their windows over the quality and energy efficiency. I am always a bit nervous about remodeling projects on my home. They were the best remodeling company I’ve ever worked with. Everyone I met was a true professional and gave 100% in every stage. From the design rep John, to the measure guy Al to the installer Les. Les was the most gifted carpenter I’ve seen at work. I had 26 windows done. This was a complicated project. I had 2 brand new openings made and enlarged 7 of the openings. I have a somewhat small house. Because of the new windows everyone I show pictures to says the house looks huge. The neighbors all walk their dog past our house because of where it’s situated and they all stop and marvel at the new windows. It’s because the windows look so awesome! I truly could not be happier. I would highly recommend. Go for it!

Thought I was getting full frame window. Was disappointed they were pieced in. That was not explained in presentation.

Overall, everything was good with Mad City Windows & Bath - Milwaukee. The installer installed the shower valve and shower head off-center. They had to come back today to correct it. The door leaks because he did not install the seal. But they have been very good about respond and fixing everything.

The job started way before we thought it would. Martin was the best renovator we have ever had in our home. He was polite, right on time, cleaned up every day and gave us instructions before leaving the second day. Worked alone with no breaks. Very hard worker. We just love our new shower and so easy to clean.

Everything went well, but I had to have them come back to fix a few things. There are also things that still need to be repaired.
