Our happiness with Mad City Windows continued throughout the entire process of getting new windows. We knew the minute our Salesperson walked out the door that we made the right decision to go with Mad City. The installation crew we had was awesome; the lead person of the crew did a wonderful job explaining the installation process and keeping us informed of their progress. It was great to have the field managers stop in to check in with the crew and ask how we were feeling about our windows; leaving us with the feeling that Mad City truly cares that we are 100% pleased with the investment we made. I was happy to see our new look with each window - upon completion, I was the happiest person ( x 10) !!!

For the money we spent, the workmanship wasn't worth it and there wasn't a single project that we didn't have to have them come back and fix something. If I had it to do all over I would not choose this company for anything.

This is our 3rd Mad City windows install. As before, excellent communication, installation, and product. Our home is much more comfortable and energy-efficient now.

I think the product is overpriced. It's done in one day and I wouldn't want other people to get stacked with a job this expensive without getting other bids first.

The kitchen was completed as per contract.It actually was better than I expected. The techs made sure all was cleaned up.
Even my garage where they did all the cutting. No nails?

They have a large selection of windows, and the salesman was very helpful.
