M-3 Restoration was recommended by our insurance company. The relationship between them and the insurance company proved to be invaluable, but at the same time, M-3 was willing to go outside the normal insurance company reconstruction process when they noticed something wasn't covered in the original process to ensure that we were truly covered for all portions of the restoration. The team was prompt, courteous, and always informative if there were any issues or questions. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Service was prompt and fast, but I believe some things were overlooked.

Owner is responsive, nice and respectful. Demo, cleanup and furniture removal was like an army operation; fast and efficient. As with most projects in northern VA, you are limited by the pool of subcontractors available to everyone. We had a mix of outstanding drywall/painters and rushing carpet installers that scratched all the paint, to tilers that had to resort to hand signs so we could communicate with them. I'm taking away a star due to how long it took for beginning to end

They contracted with Triple T Homes to do the final work of putting in the floor. Wilson did excellent work.

One coat of paint did not cover everything. Trim in bath was painted the same color as the wall, the rest of the downstairs has white trim. The crew used my trash can thinking I had a trash service. Left a mess in the driveway. Sawdust, mud dust and small scraps from the carpet. And all the windows were painted shut.

They are extremely dysfunctional, do not communicate, and the work is poorly done. There were a lot of shortcuts taken when there should not have been and a lot of careless mistakes were made.

The employees need to be better monitored. Tim, the owner, is a very professional person. He just has the wrong people working for him.

After such a stressful event that caused significant damage to a newly renovated basement the employees of M-3 Restoration were very professional and caring.

A truly professional group of folks. The quality of the repair was excellent and the efforts they made to minimize the disruption was outstanding. At the end of the work day, knowing that this was someones home they never left a mess. When the job was completed it was like they were never there.

We were very pleased with the professionalism and workmanship.

They are one of the nicest companies I've worked with in a long time.

It was the worst experience with a contractor I have ever had. Run away from this company.
