We had a house fire in Dec 2024. The individual who picked up the items to restore dragged the ends of suit pants and some other clothing through the dirt. It wasn’t a good showing on Lyons. We ended up asking our insurance to use another company for the remaining items in our home.

When we worked with the people at the place to get clothes we were very satisfied, but when we got everything delivered back to us that left some things to be desired.

They picked up all my rugs after the house flooded. They brought them back clean and beautiful. All but one rug was returned. It still has not been returned. The return was delayed.
