Sales representative and installers were very helpful and gave detailed instructions.

The technician was good and very knowledgeable. He let me know if anything needing repairing or needed to be attended to before he started his project.

I have no complaints about anything Renken Remodeling did. The gentleman was professional, friendly, and worked very hard. They did a wonderful job.

I selected Renken over the other options due to the larger variety of options in materials. I was very happy with the people who came and did the work and I was thrilled with the final result. Renken, and the subcontracted glass contractor both did outstanding work.

I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them. Then I actually had to call her back the next day and she was responsive. I thought the individuls who setup were very knowledgable when we talked about what different things we wanted included in the shower.
