They were very efficient and pleasant to work with. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. I am very satisfied.
The salesperson and I talked about doing some extra work. We bought the handlebars and two lights. They haven't installed those items and I haven't heard back from them. It wasn't in the contract but the salesperson said they could do it. I hired an electrician to install the few items Luxury's owner said he wouldn't.

Their pricing is competitive in the industry. The person who measured the job was professional, knowledgeable and polite. The installer was knowledgeable, friendly and installation was completed in less than one day with no issues.

I would. As a matter of fact, when Homer was getting ready to leave here, he had an appointment at another place. He told me the address and he actually had the other person's name there. It's a small world because she was actually a dear friend of mine. I haven't talked to her for a while. My mom passed back in November and she was one of the ones that spoke at her funeral and all and is just a dear friend at the church where my mother belonged to. I imagine she was getting something done because her husband's health was declining and I thought that was a coincidence. I do want to talk with her sometime and see how she made out with hers'.
It couldn't have matched my floor better. Everyone has been talking about that. I guess it's been about three years ago, I had a new floor put in there and that sandalwood just went right with that.
Overall, it was pretty easy and straightforward. In repairing this other issue, the guy I talked to was helpful about making sure it was corrected.
