Shane was very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating when he came out initially to inspect our roof, he addressed any concerns I had, he assisted with the resolution with the insurance adjuster, he gave additional information as far as obtaining additional money for cleanup. So, I am very happy with Shane. He's the only person I had contact with, he was the estimator. He was very professional, very accommodating even when I received the payment from the insurance company, I asked him to come to my work to pick it up and he was very accommodating. He came here, picked it up, everything was agreed upon there were no discrepancies as far as the final bill.

I thought the inspection of the roof and interaction with the insurance company was very helpful. Their staff was pleasant to work with and they did a nice job.
