From the gentleman that cold called us at our door to the installer and everyone in between, they were all completely professional and checked with us along the way if we were ok with everything and if there was anything they could do to help with any concerns.

Everyone I was in contact with from Mad City was very professional,from the salesman to the installer. A master plumber was called in to clean out the drainage pipes. I LOVE my new walk in shower. It’s everything I had hoped it would be.

The finished product is quite attractive. I was also super impressed with the installer who faced difficult plumbing and nonplumb walls in my old mobile home with extreme patience and attention to detail to reach a perfect installation. Your followup with a plumber to help reduce the water flow was helpful in eliminating a potential problem with running out of hot water as there is only a 25 gallon hot water heater. Thanks

After a couple of hiccups on installation Nick ( mgr) made things right with sending back installers to fix the things we were unhappy with. As our sales person Logan they stand behind their product & work it is so nice to see a company actually do that!!

I was nervous about choosing a company. Mad City has been wonderful. Logan Cleaver was a personable and patient salesman who did not try to pressure me into a purchase as I had experienced with other companies. The Technician who came to do the installment was outstanding! Tom, was courteous, respectful, informative, took safety precautions and very clean and thorough.

There was no pressure from the team and they give you all the options to do your job. The offer they make you have up to a year to make your decision on the quote they give you.

I was at first Larry of working with somebody that was in the Walmart store when they came to my home for presentation. I was very impressed from what they showed me. I would highly recommend them.

This would be tough to be honest. If I had a friend with an investment property, sure. Just trying to flip or rent it... great. But for a homeowner trying to do an affordable upgrade to their space. I'd have to really sit down with them and ask what level of challenge their willing to embrace.

We love our walk-in shower. It was installed in 2 days. Everyone was courteous and professional. I have used it now several times and I could not be happier.

I kinda knew that it would cost me a lot. I don’t think it was that much. I could have put new cabinets in for that much. It is more like a 8,000 job instead of a 12000 dollars. This is a raul area
