Very satisfied with the job they did in our new roof. Putting a nice seal. Very prompt and professional on the job done. The overall process of installation was very professional & smooth. The roof inspector from City did inspection at various days and had not complaints or thought about as work was done properly and above the standard. Dylan and Harry and their team did a good job. Wascable to work with me on what I wanted to keep and what we wanted to install. We have old twirly attic vents that I wanted to keep and they had no issue keeping them.

They were quite good. The workers were professional and fast.

Professional work done and they fit me into their busy schedule. Dylan was passionate in going over every aspect of the work done and took many pictures for me to see. Answered all my call immediately. Enjoyed working with him and the crew even if I had to wait some days to do certain tasks.

I live in an area with heavy fog and drizzle. I told them a tarp must be put on when the roof is removed. It rained, no tarp and the rain came in the house. The reaso I called the roofing company was to have the chimney box checked for damage because a piece of the siding had come off. I was told scaffolding would be put up, the box examined for rotting and the siding fixed. The day the roof was done I noticed that the siding was back on. The chimney is three stories off the ground. After the water problem I asked to have a piece of the plywood on the roof over the cathedral ceiling be lifted to shack the area between the plywood and the top of the cathedral ceiling be checked for water damage. I was not informed about the findings before or after the roof was applied. Appointments were not made before people showed up.

Make sure that they do not leave your roof unprotected overnight which was the main issue I have with them specially when there was a heavy drizzle that night,even if unforeseen, which caused damage to my ceilings.

I selected Lifetime Roofing & Renovation to replace a 30-year-old roof on my nearly 100-year-old Cape Cod style home this past July. This presented some extra challenges because of the multiple dormer windows, and the steeply pitched roof. Lifetime gave me a very competitive quote, and were able to start the project immediately. Project manager Dylan was very good at communicating with me throughout the project, and the attention to detail was very good. All of the site management was very good, with careful attention when cleaning up debris like old nails and staples and other items resulting from the project. I cannot comment about warranty response, because I have not had to use it and it's unlikely that I ever will need to.

Lifetime Roofing and Renovations responded quickly to my request for an inspection and quote and were able to complete what turned out to be a difficult re-roofing job in a very short time and were able to find ways to lower the cost.

I understand was some issues with the heavy rain we had here in CA for the delay on installing my roof (4 months) I don't feel full confidence that the roof it won't leak unfortunately had to wait until start raining again, hope is not leak don't want to know about their response.Thanks,

I believe lifetime roofing and renovation did a great job and were honest with quotes. Even though there was a change in the price they explained why. They made the work effortless and quick.
