Great communication and service
Got the job done really fast, and did a great job
Too many guys (weight) on the roof at one time ,did internal cracks in the ceiling in our home
Legacy represented themselves as if they could/would do the complete job. After we accepted the job we were told since we weren't doing windows we had to find a different contractor for the windows wrap. The portion of the job that was completed was done very well. Just feel we were mislead.
They were very personable, and they gave me a lot of attention, which I appreciated.
I had a lot of difficulty with my insurance company. Legacy stuck with my claim for over a year.
The crews did an amazing job and the administration was very good in the background as well.
I recommend Legacy Restoration (RST Storm). They were on time and they did a great job on the roofing of the house.
The people of Legacy were pleasant, hard working and I felt like they had my best interest in mind to make my house look better than it did before.
They didn't do the work as promised.
The crew at Legacy was helpful in navigating the insurance process. The number of people involved with the project caused a handful of miscommunications which caused frustrations throughout. The crews contracted to complete the project did good work on what they were there to do, but were careless in regards to protecting the property that was not being worked on.
From start to finish I was kept my informed of the progress.
They did a good job overall. I would recommend them to anyone. They do quality work.
We would highly recommend Legacy. We had never filed a claim before and they explained everything to us in detail.
There are a few things I would recommend to a friend 1.) before signing ANYTHING make sure what type of roof you really want. I would have chosen a metal roof, which Legacy does not offer. 2.) Make sure you understand everything you are going to be signing and get copies of what you have signed. Make sure you can get a hard copy of agreements if needed. 3.) Read ALL of the papers (there will be a lot) you get from Legacy detailing all the work to be done and estimated costs. Be aware that this information can change during the process. If an issue comes up you don't understand or agree with call the company or your insurance representative and get answers. 4.) Be patient, do your due diligence, advocate for yourself if necessary and it should all go smoothly.
I would hire legacy again.
A little disappointed. Feel some details could have been better . I referred neighbor to Legacy and had a few issues with garbage and safety on that project.
Legacy Restoration was easy to work with and tolerant of delays due to my negotiations between my insurance company and a third party gutter company. Legacy Restoration was able to reroof my house without (I think) damaging our special gutters.
My initial interaction with Legacy was when a gentleman stopped over at our house to let us know that the wind was blowing debris into our yard but they planned on cleaning it up. It was a small gesture that meant a lot. Onelcw we got into the process of replacing our roof, every step was personalized and detailed and it was easy for me to communicate with any questions or concerns. Excellent customer service every step of the way
I initially had no problems with Legacy Restoration. Legacy Restoration treated a neighbor that I recommended to them quite poorly. My neighbor ended up going with someone else. I am more reluctant to refer anyone to Legacy Restoration now.
I would highly recommend Legacy to all friends for your services in the future.
The entire Legacy team made the process from start to finish seemless for me. Their professionalism was greatly appreciated.
Best company to work with! Thank you for everything, team! We met so many great leaders and helpers along the way. It was quite the process from beginning to end, and it was all seamless. We had a couple oopsies that they were responsive to and got resolved. Thank you legacy restoration!
I would recommend Legacy mainly because of David Wilson, who was responsive, extremely helpful, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. However, the quality of the roofing work left something to be desired, especially around the flashing area where the siding meets the roof. Unfortunately, the siding was damaged during the installation, and the repairs have not been satisfactory. I find myself needing to hire another roofer to resolve this issue properly.
The insurance company lied to me about the hail damage, and Legacy stuck up for me. They did an inspection, and they got a new insurance adjuster for me after the inspection. They represented me well with the insurance company.
