Everything from the salesman visiting to the completion of the project, to everything in between, was perfect. The team, the supervisor, the windows, were all on schedule and done very well.

Terrible communication. Costly delays. Poor craftsmanship by installers. Failed universally to met our expectations. So thankful to be done working with Legacy. Would never recommend.

Legacy as a contractor office in general was great to work with. Your field crew and subs on the other hand did irreparable damage that they told us they would protect against. Recommendations from myself are taken in high esteem not earned by legacy.

Kevin Sippy's communication. He was responsive when I needed help but wasn't overbearing when I was busy with other commitments and could not engage immediately. Just the right amount of attention and care. I really appreciated that, and I respect Kevin a great deal for having the ability to know when it's "go time" versus "patiently waiting" time.

Legacy was a nightmare to work with, I had 3 different projects managers during the process. They damaged a section of my facia and then took 6 weeks to respond when I sent them a quote to repair it. By that time the

I was not really satisfied with the cleanup. There were four or five staples in the flowers and three or four nails left in the driveway, and I don't think that is acceptable.

Made it relatively easy to work with insurance. Staff was kind. Siding is beautiful. But staff hounded us repeatedly for insurance checks before project was done despite insurance and mortgage company advising us not to give them checks until the job was complete. Crew was too small, just 2 people. And siding shouldn't have been done in winter. The project took too long to complete. Now I'm being hounded for reviews.

Everything Legacy Restoration did was fine.

Poor to no communication throughout, except once the final invoice was issued
Multiple project managers during the course of the project--I still couldn't tell you who they were or how many there were
Delays with insurance company due to inaccurate information provided by Legacy--this happened at least twice
Quoted amount on soffits changed midstream, although it was subsequently honored when I said that wasn't acceptable
Another quoted amount was increased (gutter installation) and I just cancelled that portion
After project was said to have been finished, someone had to come out to complete two relatively minor things
Entire process took too long and was extremely frustrating

Salesman lied repeatedly about start date and gave constant bull**** excuses. Delay of 3 months from promised date cost us time and money. Only when we contacted a lawyer did they schedule.

I like how they took care of everything. I didn't have to fight with the insurance company because they took care of that also.

Working with the project manager, Kevin, made the process extremely smooth and streamlined from beginning to end.

Justin has always communicated with me on very timely basis. The work is recognizably high quality, completed by productive and conscientious professional crews. They got things done right, in just a short amount of time!
