Brian, and the guy that came with him, were wonderful. They were respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. They informed me of everything they were doing.

Legacy Environmental did my construction for my lower level rebuilt, and they did an outstanding job. They were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous!

They did an excellent job of refinishing the room that was damaged.

The work for the most part was of good quality. There were some issues. My problem is their follow-up when there were things that needed to be finished up.

All the workers who came out to the house were fabulous. We had some communication issues with the office but they worked things out. I was very disappointed by the carpeting subcontractor but I don't know how much that was their responsibility vs. the Insurance company. When we went to pick carpet the sales rep absolutely refused to quote us prices. Once we got the quote it was all lumped together and they wouldn't break it out for us so we dropped all but the basic work and even then we didn't know how much we were liable for till we saw the invoice.

While the work was done well and the people were friendly, it seemed like every time I had to talk to someone it was new that was contacting me about what needed to happen next. There was no consistency in who I should contact with questions, etc. Again, the people and the work were great, just was hopping for some more consistency in communication.

They did a good job. Any time I had concerns, they listened to me. If there was something I thought wasn't done right, they addressed it right away without any hesitation. They respected my opinion and made sure the job was done right. I could call them if I saw anything later on that didn't completely work right. They are a good company, and they were very respectful of my home and my time.

Legacy would get 5 stars but their flooring vendor was horrible.

They were fast, responsive, thorough and clean... all during the week of Thanksgiving. I highly recommend them.

Legacy Environmental did well to address my concerns and help me mitigate water damage to my ceiling in a timely manner. Alacrity Solutions--the dispatching service was not helpful.

They wasted my time and let the water soak in for 2 weeks. They had inaccurate moisture readings at the end of their time there. I think the added to the damage by delaying what needed to be done.

We are very satisfied with the work that they did for us. Their integrity, professionalism, and quality of work was highly rated!

The workers were very respective to my needs and privacy. They were there every day until the work was finished. They did more than I expected and did a very nice job on everything. It's like the damage never happened. I highly recommend Legacy.

The employees were phenomenal, polite, courteous, and outgoing. I've never come across such fantastic employees before.

The bid to restore the homes came in at half of what the actual cost was. They were way off the mark on what it would take to restore us back to normal. This caused anxiety and frustration on our part. I don't know what happened there. To restore the home it would cost $400,000 which is not close to the $85,000 bid that they had. They were off the mark by a fifth of a million dollar. They provided a very low bid. They left out so many things that were important to us.

The guys who helped us out were great. They were responsive and professional. Only suggestion I would make is they moved through things so quickly some of the details were missed.

They said that I told them not to install the light fixture and the bathroom mirror, and Ryan was very rude. I felt like he was calling me a liar.

They no called no showed twice when we picked specific dates for them to work.

Not only did they did an expert job of fixing our damaged ceiling, they went out of their way to help make the process easier for us as well.

It is like the incident never happened. I'm very pleased.

If you are looking for quality work on schedule look elsewhere! They were really difficult to work with.
