Salesman was late, had to call to corporate to see where they were. 45 minutes after salesman was supposed to be here supervisor called to say why he’s running behind. Only purchased as we’ve had Leafguard on the top of our house for 20 plus years. “Supposedly”got a discount, but no upfront pricing to confirm this. I have my doubts that we did, as a whole house was $13,000.00, and we paid $7,000.00 for a porch, and 1 car garage. Nobody called to tell us when they were coming to be installed, they just showed up. Crew unable to get supervisor on the line to take final payment. When supervisor called the next day for payment I was supposed to get an email receipt, which never came. Hedge got damaged during installation, and downspout was positioned half on step, and half on patio. Have to call again to get this fixed.

Supposed to deliver one instal next day. To start at 8 to 9am didn't show until 11am. No texts phone call or email. Job is not complete. Didn't have all the materials quoted.

The sales and customer service experience was sub-par. Sales pressure was excessive. Customer service after the sale was poor: automated call in system, poorly trained agents, lack of CS skills/ experience.

From start to finish explanation, quality, and finish was superb, never will i let a contractor do my gutters from start. The life time warranty was also a nice touch.
