I am satisfied with the actual guttering, but not satisfied with the office administration process. The work was not co
mpleted per the contract and I was not provided a written adjustment. This has resulted in a problem with the lender for amount financed.

We have two different places that when it rains the water still floods out and we have sent videos to the guys that installed the guttering asking him to please come back and fix it and he ignores our messages, we have called and filed complaints and have asked for a phone call back and no one will return our calls.

the work was done well, the only complaint I have is the little metal thing you take out to see if leaves, etc are there, some are put in so tightly I cannot remove them and others fall out and /or are blown out by the wind and I have to hunt for it. Otherwise, I like it very much and the neighbors think it is verynice.

I like that the top cover is one with the gutter. We had a little edge dripping after our recent snow, but we weren’t concerned about it.

They are a good company, but they are expensive.

One of the workers torn the screen to one of my windows when he was pulling the old gutters down. The tabs that allow the screen to be pulled out from the window were missing when the supervisor, Kevin Hardesty, returned the repaired screen. Kevin said he would called the window company and get that fixed. I gave him the Window Company's phone number and the window dimensions but I have not heard back from him and that was on Feb. 7th (more than 2 months ago). I suspect I will not.

Would recommend this system to anyone needing gutters. Awesome warranty. The entire process was smooth. As we get to retirement age and know finances will be tight - we look for a good product and a warranty that will serve us for many years.

This is a new product. Each storm and fall season will prove how effective.

Everything was very professional and they came back the next day after I had a leak on my front porch. Fixed quickly with some caulking.

Costs are higher than expected, but the product does work well and provides value. Installation team was amazing. I only did not give it a 10 because of delays in scheduled installation, gutters initially left in front yard with no communication... unusual circumstances. Quality and performance are excellent, and we have no regrets about making this major investment in our home.
