Due to the appointment times not being kept by the company.
The workmanship was very good but the billing and bookkeeping was terrible. I am still waiting for a final receipt that says paid in full. I have called numerous times and no one ever responds.
Leafguard is obviously the best gutter system on the market. Installation issues, however (as described below), caused concerns.
salesman attentive, good pricing, installation sloppy, still waiting for return crew to fix leaks, had to call salesman back to get reasonable appt.
Gutters replaced in one day three months later not good with leaks and can’t open front screen door gutters to low😩

I did not have a very good experience. So I am still debating whether I would recommend to my friends. It's hard to get someone to call you back when you leave a message. I' still waiting to get a paper contract! I am not an online person and will not pay bills on line. So I feel I was and still is ignored!
Leaking corner area is worse with new installation .
They work surprisingly well. They have lived up to the promise so far.
I was trying to get Leafguard to come back to fix one downspout, and I would like for Leafguard to call me about this as soon as possible.
From our first inquiry through the installation of our Leafguard gutter system, we were very impressed with the responsive service, thorough explanations, and quality of our new gutters. The video of our prior gutters was very convincing to show us the value of converting to Leafguard. My husband is thrilled to know that he doesn't have to climb a ladder to clean out the gutters on a regular basis and so far they have been working as expected. Leafguard is well worth the investment!
My first experience with Leaf Guard was fantastic because the product was installed by a competent sub-contractor - Larson. Leaf Guard is now directly installing and my one-day install turned into a one-month ordeal of missed deadlines and unanswered phone calls. I could never recommend this treatment to any customer.

Too expensive for what you get. Its just aluminum run through a die. If I could reverse time I would NOT choose Leafguard.
On my last house the install went flawlessly. This time the install crew did a poor job. The crew was back twice to repair leaks. The service manager came by twice after this to correct the problems. I missed two and a half days from work on an install that should have been completed correctly in one day. The gutters work really well after the repairs.
I would recommend it.
I think the work looks fantastic, but I do think I overpaid for the job. The salesperson really did not give me a "break" on the price, and since I really needed to have the job done, I think he took advantage of me, and it is this wisdom that I will pass onto others. Regarding the work, so far it looks great! Let's see how it looks in 5 years. The workmen were great guys and very good at what they do.
