They did not finish the job.

Although we felt we we were getting a great deal, the finance charges are outrageous.

I paid $18K for the gutters and now I'm experiencing 2 problem areas regarding the install. I called and 2 employees were sent to address the problems. I was informed there's nothing they can do about acts of nature. Leaves and debris is going to get stuck in the gutters. That's not what I was told by the Salesman. All of the people who sold me these gutters are no longer with the company.

They said the gutters would stop my driveway from flooding, but they didn't.

They are not honoring interest free for 18 months.

The guys who came and installed the gutters were very clean, helpful, and helpful. They did very good.

They were prompt and professional and provided quality service.

They did not do a good job when they installed my gutters.

My only problem with them was the clean out covers that are missing. I called them and I haven't gotten them. That was about eight months ago.

They matched the cover to the trim on my house perfectly, so I was impressed with that.

They did what they said they would do. I called them one time. I do need a little bit of help of it running over.

This was one of the best decisions we have made by going with LeafGuard over the others. The may not look like they would work well, but they really do.

System does not perform per expectations. Some issues resolved, some I've just let go as I feel I am the one that tried to stay on top of them vs LG being proactive. Because they are not local, it was difficult to know when they were coming to my area next and also for them to actually view the issues (particularly the water overflows). I sent videos when it was raining but it would have been helpful for them to see them in person -- not possible when not local (evidently).

The gutters are a nice look to our home. The only problem is that they do not catch the water as shown in the video when the salesman demonstrated.

I would not. I have made several phone calls to solve an issue with my gutters since they were installed. The problems is still not resolved after 2 years.

LeafGuard responded quickly when we called about a small problem. They came right out and added an additional downspout, which corrected the problem.

I can't recommend something that does not deliver as advertised. I listened to a 2 hour pitch and demonstration, before purchasing but the product doesn't deliver

My gutters work seamlessly. When they say “get it, and forget it” they are spot on.

We have tried different systems over the years and this one is the best—it is a superior product!!!

We’ve had the system installed for about 2 months and it has been working well, but the price point is very steep. The price we were quoted and the price we’ll actually pay in the end due to financing is just way too much for me to recommend this system to a friend unless they plan on paying for it out of pocket.

LeafGuard provided a good product, but the office had poor management.
