Because of my schedule, the actual work didn’t start until wintertime and questionable weather, so it took a little longer than planned but management and Cole worked with me and everything was finished to my complete satisfaction.

The person who came to sell us on the gutters showed us a downspout with a piece to take out to clean it out. We did not get those downspouts. I called leafguard and a person called me back. I told him the problem and he told me we didn't get those to save us money. Saving money is great, but we should have been informed of that. My mom paid out $12,000 for these gutters and downspouts. I feel like the explanation we got was a quick excuse. So disappointing.

Great looking gutters, seem to function well but are very expensive. Lowering cost would improve value.

Took to long to fix our problem

Leafguard did a great job. The only thing I was concerned about was when they did the gutters because the appointment was canceled twice, and the gutters had been lying in the yard for quite a while. Other than that, they did a great job.

Call ahead of time if installation date needs rescheduled.

Don’t promise a vacation voucher call if noone is going to call.

I never ever, ever, have to get on a ladder and clean out my gutters. They look great and we have had some absolute down pours and they keep up.

I am very pleased with my leafguard gutters. They look great and are well designed.

I would like for Leafguard to complete their contract. They did not uphold their own contract.

The reason I am given a 2-star rating is that I tried to call them back about making some changes and damage done during installation, and now I can't get anyone to return my calls.

It is hard to get a scheduled repair.
