Besides leaving the area a mess after I had been reassured that it would be spotless, I’ve had an issue with water splashing over the front porch gutter. Trying to get someone to return my call is not easy. When they did come out they fiddled with it a few minutes and said they really couldn’t tell until it rained if it was fixed. It is not. Then I had storm damage. Again trying to get someone to return a call is horrible. Finally someone told me they’d file it as a complaint and I got a call. Troy Walters came out and assessed the situation and provided an estimate for my insurance company. He was very nice and professional. Said he’d have the front porch gutter addressed as well. I received the insurance check on July 8. On July 9, I contacted Troy letting him know I had the check and was ready for the work to be done. He let me know that Jeramie Scott would be contacting me soon to schedule the work. On Monday, July 21, I texted Troy stating that I had not heard from Jeramie. No response. Lack of communication and customer service is not acceptable for a company that handles a product as expensive as LeafGuard. It has now been 2 weeks and the work has not been scheduled and I have heard nothing.
over all satisfaction
I did not like the installation on the gutters big gaps. I called him one of them to come out and call them **** never heard a word from anybody and that’s a bunch of bull.
I would highly recommend LeafGard of Indiana
The salesman was willing to work with me on a package to meet our needs as well as price points.
They came out and they got things done. However, I have concerns. My house 124 years old, so I worried about rotten wood. I was told that if any needed to be replaced, that it would all be included in the price. They got the gutters up, but I am not super happy. There were large nails left all in the yard, and I have horses. A couple of weeks later, one of the gutters started pulling away from the house. I've called them, but I have not gotten a call back. I even sent pictures and emails repeatedly. I found out that the gutter that is pulling away from the house does not have wood under it to attach it to. That seems like that should be a standard thing, so now I am wondering about the rest of the gutters. I didn't fell like I needed to micromanage and inspect them while they were working, but now I think I should have. I am questioning the rest of the job. I called them 2 weeks ago, and I was told after I sent the pictures that I would get a call back immediately. I have not been called back. They were one of the more expensive options, but the salesperson was very thorough. His presentation was good. He explained about the other systems and how they worked. I looked up Leafguard online, and they had some good reviews. However, now I'm feeling a little jilted for the money we paid. Another local company quoted us $3,000 cheaper, but I went with Leafguard because of the salesperson. Now, I am wondering why I am paying the extra money if I'm not going to get good service.
I am over all pleased with the gutters.
Good product but expensive.
They showed up on time. They were courteous, worked steadily until the job was complete.
Nice product but high price and completed installation took 3 trips
Several issues with installation and leaks. Have been corrected so far, but could have been prevented entirely at install.
I was disappointed in my most recent experience with them. We added onto our house and had to add on more LeafGuard gutters. They used quite a bit of the guttering that they took down, and it still cost us $7K, and they furnished no more than 50 or 60 feet of additional guttering; the rest of it was our guttering.
It cost us $7K to have them take them down and reinstall. I like the system and don't have to get on a ladder.
They didn't tell me they were going to have to splice a section of the guttering because the salesman didn't figure enough new guttering.
good fast service
LeafGuard of Indiana left the site in terrible condition. They never cleaned the site. They left nails everywhere. I got flat tires. I had to call them back because it was not connected correctly. They have had to come back three times. They did not put up the hangers, but I paid for them. The salesman was very nice. As for the service department or the labor, I am not happy with them at all. I would not recommend them. They are very expensive. For as expensive as they are, to not have them look right and have them come back and fix them, I would not recommend them.
Like product, not that impressed with install.
That estimate was only good as long as the salesperson was at our house. Kicking myself for accepting. Really nice gutters and guards but believe totally overpriced. Will tell people to talk with other companies first.
I'm so pleased with the workmanship of my new leaf guard. They went beyond too make sure the job I needed done was done right.
The whole staff was absolutely amazing.
It looks so very nice on my new home.
Thanks again for the super quality & workmanship.
It is a good product.
So far , excellent work
LeafGuard replaced a previous LeafGuard system due to storm damage. We were already LeafGuard people. It was easy to know whom to contract with for replacement.
I was looking for LeafGuard because I was so impressed with what I had seen in the past.
This is the third house we've had LeafGuard gutters put on. This is the first time we ever had a problem, we ran into some issues with one run of gutters due to a screened-in porch. The crew was so kind and helpful working to get it right. It took a few visits to get it resolved, but they were so intent on getting it right- and they were so very nice about it. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Not only does LeafGuard have the best gutters money can buy- they have the absolute best staff to work with! 10/10 recommend.
Works great
They did a great job for us the first time. We had some damage and they did their usual good job on the second time around.
High price and noisy when raining
