They worked from early morning to late afternoon two days in a row then were done.

I don't know why you're asking for ratings honestly. The things we complained about were echoed in multiple other reviews we've read. This company clearly has management issues. They need to do a better job of managing their installers and instill some form of customer service within the company. This product is way more expensive than any competing product yet I had a worse experience from start to finish than I've ever had with any other gutter company I've worked with in the past.
The installers were very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the crew being at my house. They are hardworking guys.
