Worth the cost! No more unsafe ladders!

Although the salesperson was very knowledgeable about the product, the salesperson and installer were not on the same page when it came to expectations. The salesperson made it seem like our fascia would most likely need replacing, but when I asked the installer, he said it didn’t and the way they check if the fascia is passable is drilling a screw in it and seeing if the screw grips.

I love the clean look of my leaf guard gutters--but even more I love how they drain without leaking and don't get clogged.

The sales guy measured wrong, the installer cut a piece wrong, resulting in a day's delay, when I was quoted one day, barring acts of God. When I called Eric to voice my concern, his first response was not to recognize my frustration nor even empathize. instead, the first words he mentioned were about his bottom line being affected due to the errors. I don't care. That's not my problem. My problem was the delay and inconvenience. he wound up apologizing at the very end of hot-air laced diatribe.

The Leafguard gutters make our home look great . We like the way they look. We haven't had any rain since they were installed so we don't know that part but we're sure they will do what they are supposed to.

The sales person worked with us to work out a fair deal. After that, scheduling the installation was very quick. The job was estimated to take 2-3 days till completion. Once started, the job was completed in 2 days.
We then asked for an inspection, and pointed out a couple of issues. The original installer came back and resolved all issues to our satisfaction.

They are great people and they offer a great product with great service.

I' do not now have to worry about gutters anymore!!!

They did an excellent job installing and the workmanship is impeccable. Since having Leafguard installed, it has not rained on my property yet. It has rained all around me, though. We did get a little moisture, and it appears to do what it is supposed to do.

The time of the project start and completion were unsatisfactory. Start time was close to 9:30 and the crew did not finish until well after dark, about 9:30. The workmen were wearing headlamps to finish up the job.

I feel the price was too high even for the best.

The salesman did a good job of explaining why Leafguard is a quality product and why the installation crew was the best at what they do. The crew came on time and finished when they estimated they would. The crew took the time to explain all the features of the new gutters.

A bit spendy but guaranteed for the life of the house. Don’t have to clean gutters twice or three times a year. They look nice and add class to the house.

I would recommend LeafGuard of Idaho to a friend. It is a good product and worth while.

Too many problems to type on my phone. Problems with down spout placement, broke sprinkler, blocked driveway, blocked door with bench and left. Very poor on concern for the customer.

Excellent product

The system works extremely well. It is the middle of winter, and it has been below zero for a week; there is no ice in the system. Snow just goes over the edge after melting. So it has worked really well.

It works as advertised. The water has never drained as well off my roof since we lived there. It does now since we've lived here.

The Installation Team were there when they said they would be, were professional and answered our questions. When completed, the lead walked us around and explained what was done, where and why. When we had a question several weeks after installation, LeafGuard responded quickly and addressed our concerns.

Tucker, Sam, Jamison, and Kirk did a terrific job during the install. This was a large house with many intricate corners and they made everything work! They answered all my questions and cleaned the work area after each day of work. I am very pleased! It has not rained yet since the install but I do not anticipate any problems.
