Prompt service, good quality

I was able to see how the system worked after the first rain storm since the installation. It def stopped the leak to my house, so I know it works!

I’m not ready to recommend Leaf Guard for how it works because we just had it installed five days ago. What I can comment on is how right down to the sales rep that came to our home exactly when we expected him to how knowledgeable he was about the product, thank you Austin.Also to the two young men who came the very next day to install it. So professional and and very hard workers. They arrived right on time finished when they said they would be done and left the place spotless. Thank you Nias and Gabe very much.

Length of gutter on garage has sagged and beginning to twist. Reached out to Ryan the salesperson. He wrote back that he had forwarded my complaint to customer service.HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE!!

Gutters install was easy & quick however there are areas that can't handle the water. I have called x4 and emailed with no response.

Just be there if something goes wrong. But so far everything looks great.

I thought the product design was the best on the market.

You did not disappoint. It has not been raining since the installation and while it looks attractive, it is premature for me to judge its functioning.

Installers were very professional and courteous. They were incomplete in their cleanup, having left four support, brackets, ie.small aluminum pieces, and specialized screws that they brought to the job on the ground. They said they did a magnetic sweep twice, but apparently they did not see these. I know the aluminum parts are not magnetic. Perhaps it should be a better way of collecting these parts when removing the gutter. As for the screws, anyone can drop one, but you know when you do and you should pick it up when you move the ladder.
