Just two months in and all look’s like it’s being effective

The price was astronomical and the representative they sent was just a smooth talker who uses sales tactics to back you into accepting.

Salesman mentioned having gutters put on small shed but was not done. Since we were not charged, I let it go.

My job was $45,000,00. Everything Leaf Guard offered was good and seemed to be a big, beautiful agreement. However, we moved forward with the project in an hour, and I didn't have a chance to really read. I trusted that the salesperson was going to do everything he promised. Come to find out, they did such a terrible and awful job that I took pictures to show what type of work they did. I wasn't happy and asked the financial institution where I got the loan not to release the payment until they fixed it. They came but did not fix it 100% to my satisfaction. They made some changes, but they didn't finish the work. I asked them to cancel it because I didn't want any more trouble and had been frustrated for over a month. I needed to move on with my life. They offered me a discount of $2,500.00, but they sent a check instead of subtracting it from the total. Also, after I was promised an 18-month promotion, I have a standard loan now asking me for the first payment of $250. Half of it went to the interested, and half went to the principal. I'm currently working with the loan company to see if I can get the attention of Leaf Guard because they are not answering me. They are very dishonest people. Nobody wants to pay attention. I have called everybody to ask for help, including leafguard.com. Nobody answers.
The salesperson was very convincing and lowered the price from $45,000.00 to $25,000.00. Nothing they did seemed right, and it was not clear. If you’re going to do business, do it the right way. They sent me a check instead of adjusting the loan amount. They gave me a business check for $2,236.00. I don’t understand why they did it that way. Now, I’m paying interest on that $2,236.00.

Very pleased with the entire experience.

Very professional from the person who came to my house to tell me about the product all the way through the installers and availability of financing.

After the sale there was little to no communication unless i called. My yard was left an absolute mess,with nails,screws, cut off pieces of metal from the gutter install and trash left all over the place. there are definitely a few areas with substandard workmanship.

excellent overall service. gutters as described.

The guards have ice on them in the winter. The water is supposed to flow in and out. It goes over the gutters and ices up. I got an email, and in the email, I was told I needed more insulation in the attic, but I was not told this when they did the gutter guard installation in the beginning.

I have been happy with them so far, but I haven't had them for very long, so I'm not sure how it will work out long-term.

The pricing is way too high for the product.

very poor carpentry work; used wrong finishing screws; installers weren’t aware that It didn’t want aluminum flashing and wanted wood finish; took a long time to get refund for splash guards I cancelled. Not a fan of all the drain defenders as some weren’t necessary and they are noisy when it rains which we were unaware. still haven’t received final invoice for my records. installers were very nice and professional and answered all of my questions and concerns and worked very hard.

Very pleased with new gutter system. Had one minor issue after installation which was addressed quickly. We have lots of pine needles which were always clogging our old gutters. So nice not having to climb ladder to clean anymore. Added bonus is that they look good! I went with the dark gray and love it!

It is hard to get someone to come for repairs. I had to leave messages at different numbers with no response.. when you finally get them to come, they are responsible and professional

This product is top of the field but the Sales and the Office need to talk to the install group then we will have a winning combination here..

Product does not perform properly. Two crews have checked it out and agreed. Still nothing is fixed. Phone # no longer works to last rep I spoke with.

No complaints regarding the product, but much difficulty with the business office who lost track of the final payment that I gave them upon completion of the job. I have been receiving dunning notices although I have sent them images of the processed check from my account showing it was paid. Now they are threatening to send my case to collections. The person I have been dealing with is Vincent Nero. I will not recommend based on this sloppy business practice.
