Everyone made sure I talked to someone on the phone to "welcome me to the family" or make sure everything went smoothly, which was great at the time of the sale and installation. I haven't heard from anyone since, which would kinda be nice. I have a friend to refer, but I'm not going to go out of my way to call.

Concerns about pricing at beginning of the process. Very high at first,too high. Too much barr going on. I want fair price on first shot. You have a great product but poor price effort.

Overall installers were evidently not trained properly on pitch of the gutters and care of personal grounds property but tearing up my bushes with ladder placement. Regional guy came by and made it right so thus the score of 8. If the Reginal didn't make it right, it could have been a 3 score.

I like the product but think it was too expensive. After further consideration, I could have had a few gutters replaced as necessary and had a filtering system installed for much less. The difference could have paid for many cleanings over the years.

LeafGuard did very good work. They cleaned up after themselves and provided a quality product.

They did everything that they said they would do. The salesperson was not a pressure type salesman and did a great job of presenting the project and explaining everything in detail. The installers even showed up in the rain. It cleared up after a couple of hours, but they did an exceptional and amazing quality of workmanship.

Complete honesty, I about passed out when he gave me the quote. I am a roof contractor and had customers tell me about the cost and decided to use cheaper gutters. They told me it was a bad decision to not get Leafguard, all that money for cheaper gutters and still have the same problems and created some with them clogging. They ain't cheap but it was the best decision for maintenance and appearance. I recommend doing research before saying NO.

Having just moved during November, we were immediately inundated with pine straw from multiple trees around our house. While cleaning out the existing gutters, I quickly discovered there were no cover guards over the gutters and the pine straw was packed in. I began doing internet search for different leaf guard covers. I was drawn to the 'guarantee' that LeafGuard gutters and downspouts would never clog and the company would perform the necessary services to address a problem or issue after installation. I contacted LeafGuard and they quickly did an onsite evaluation and provided an estimate. Though a bit more expensive, LeafGuard gutters are the best -- especially when considering the lifetime performance guarantee. I cannot give adequate kudos to Michael Saint, Jeremy, and the installation crews led by Sean Langley and Zachary. They were prompt, very professional, and installation reflected their years of experience. I am very pleased so far with the purchase, installation, and LeafGuard member experiences. I was told we would get a $100 gift card, and we never got it. They charged us late fees because a check, we mailed plenty of times, didn't arrive on time. The post office isn't doing a good job on delivering mail, and they said there isn't anything they could do, so I'm being charged a late fee.

I thought the initial salesperson was excellent. He did a wonderful job and was fairly new. He was outstanding. The conversations by phone were wonderful with the coordinator gentlemen. He was excellent and very communicative. The installation crew was wonderful and they worked very well together. They did a wonderful job from a-z and I would highly recommend LeafGuard to anyone who is interested in saving their gutters. I had a good experience.

The guys were very efficient and did a very good job. We do have to have a come back on the house, not the guys' fault. It was just something we saw when it rained so hard. There are just a few of the downspouts that need to be pointed in a different direction.

I've now had LeafGuard on three homes over the past 20 years. The product has always been excellent and performed as advertised. My only complaint is that your prices have increased astronomically since you eliminated your franchisees and hired salespeople for your company stores. Still, I did recommend LeafGuard to a neighbor. Unfortunately, they balked at the cost and went with one of your competitors with a similar but not quite as nice a product. I also considered doing that but, since this is our last house, I decided that quality of your product, installation, and guarantee were worth it!

I'm still having a problem with the leaves collecting in a corner on my roof, and it causes the water to wet my porch. That's what I was trying to avoid.

I got Leafguard on parts of my house years ago. they were a little expensive, but I like the product so it was worth it. Then last year we decided to get more of our gutters converted to leafguard. I'm not sure what changed; I think the business was no longer a franchise, but now owned by the corporation. I may have that wrong, but i think that is what I was told. The experience was like buying a used car. I really did not like the experience and almost kicked the salesperson out. While I felt like she did a great job in presenting the product, I also feel like her sales approach was exactly what the company told her to do, so I don't blame her for that. She presented the product very well, made some measurements, and came back with an absurdly high price. When I said no, it them became and endless string of "I can give you a friends and family discount," or "I'm not supposed to give you this discount, but I will," or "let me call my manager, and see if he can come down on the price (she called the manager three times to get the price lowered)" or "if we don't use this fancy downspout, and just use a regular one, it would be cheaper," "I can give you a discount if you put a sign in your yard..... it was just like buying a used car and very sleezy feeling. I ultimately agreed to a price that I still feel was too high (even though it was half the original price she offered), but that's my fault. If I had held out longer I think the salesperson would have come down even more. This is the story I tell people about buying leafguard. It's a great product and worth paying a little extra for, but the sales pitch will leave you feeling like you need a shower. Y'all need to quit with that kind of marketing. Offer a fair price for the product and quit all that "let me call my manager" stuff. If I were to replace more of my gutters, I would look to your competitors first.
