I worked with LeafGuard of Chicago because I saw a friend on the reference list that I have known for seven years who is a neighbor of mine.

I only say that because they are expensive and not everyone can afford them.

Their customer service was wonderful.

I thought the process was easy, and the representative answered all of our questions. We were happy with the follow-up and result.

They took a little long to get it done. The follow-ups were not so good. I am still waiting today to get some things done that they didn't do. I have exposed wood. They took the old flashing down and put the exposed wood up. I can still see it from the outside. It was kind of a tacky job.

They were professional workers and did a thorough installation. They walked around the job with me to inspect things. Furthermore, they even sent pictures to their boss to make sure they did a good job. I was impressed and it was done professionally.

They did very good work.

So far, the gutters are working well. They did a good job. If I have any problems, I will give LeafGuard of Chicago a call.

I'm not liking the icicles that form mainly where the roof meets another and then a gutter! At my front door there is now a Huge ice buildup from this issue, also on my back deck again where people have to walk, VERY DANGEROUS. Over my driveway where our vehicles and people walk again Very large icicles form! VERY DANGEROUS. They inform me of the icicles, But should suggestion for the areas where they know Will be traffic they need to point that out and make sure the homeowner is aware Prior to insatllation!!!!!!!

After consulting with me about the quality of my new gutters, my next door neighbor already has hired LeafGuard to replace the gutters on his garage.

I had a FREEZE on my credit that apparently was ignored? I would like to receive a $4000.00.adjustment paid to Synchrony Bank. Synchrony had also declined a $35.00 purchase to .J C Penney's during this time period? I had called them since I didn't receive any paperwork. they issued me a DIFFERENT account number from the fikrst one, without any signature?

They were on time, did their job and cleaned up really well. They really took care of us.

After trying to RIP ME OFF for almost $10,000.00 and only finished the job when I stopped the check and you finding that you could not get the money until you finished the job, you finally did what I asked your representive to give me a quote for in the initial quote. Now when it rains hard I get rain in the basement because your pipes from the house to drain the water away are too short and do not get the water far enough from the foundation of the house. The customer service representatives that came to our house completely explained the whole procedure from beginning to end. We got quotes from other companies, but we were happy with LeafGuard's customer service and products.

Great gutter system. I think you would get more customers if you reduced the customers cost by 40%. The traditional gutters cost 70% less than LeafGuard

Huge scam. Give an exceptionally high quote and every time you say no they go down in price by pretending to call their boss and pretending to be giving you their best deal.

They did a great job and everything was professionally done.

It is a very nice product and great installation. The only issue was that they left bits and pieces of metal behind.

The guy did a great job; everything was installed correctly. The spout is bigger and wider. It is easier to manage. I have no water issues nor issues with drainage. It is easy to remove the debris from the downspout. I do not have to worry about cleaning it because of the way it is designed. Though the guys did leave some garbage on the deck. I was disappointed with that. But they did it in one day. That was the only thing, but I still give them 5 stars.

I would rate them a 10.

You get what you pay for. They're worry-free gutters since we have big pine trees and I don't have to worry anymore.

Too early to determine if the results warrant the very high price

Since installing leaf guard on my house there is no control of the rain water. In a heavy rain the water just flows over the system. It dumps water over my backdoor and down the wall. So my basement gets water under the door because the drain is overwhelmed. There is water coming through a window and this never happened before the adjustment two weeks ago.

The workers were very knowledgeable, very courteous, and got the job done really quickly.

I like the LeafGuard system. This is the second time I have used them. I got them for my second home.

I need someone from the company to contact me. We had huge icicles hanging off the back side of our house after a snowfall.

The problem I had was the salesperson came out, and it's an expensive project to do over $6000. She showed me the facia boards that need to be replaced after they gave me the quote; I said If I'm going to spend that much, I want them to replace all the facia boards! When installing the gutters, they didn't replace all the facias boards. I reminded them of the contract agreement, so they started to rip the panels apart and leaving air gaps. I told him to stop because they were damaging the soffit boards and to replace the rotten ones. When they were replacing the boards, a measurement difference left an air gap, and I told them that they would have to cover the facia completely. I was never compensated because they charged me for replacing all the facia boards, but they did not replace all the facia boards. I'm not sure how well the gutters work. We haven't had a big storm, but I hope they work because I have a big tree in the front.
