From start to finish, LeafGuard was a Great company to do business with!

I was very impressed. I had just had gutters installed, and they did a horrible job. I had to spend more money—much more—with them, and I said, “Well, I have to do it again and do it right.” They came and replaced what Leaf Filters did, and they did an outstanding job.

The installation was excellent. The cleanup was poor.

I would not recommend them. If they come back to fix issues which are multiple I would maybe change my recommendation but they did not do what they say they will like wood replacement, clean up and installation errors. Paint is already coming off gutters also

The price is very high.

They took a little long to get it done. The follow-ups were not so good. I am still waiting today to get some things done that they didn't do. I have exposed wood. They took the old flashing down and put the exposed wood up. I can still see it from the outside. It was kind of a tacky job.

They were professional workers and did a thorough installation. They walked around the job with me to inspect things. Furthermore, they even sent pictures to their boss to make sure they did a good job. I was impressed and it was done professionally.

I'm not liking the icicles that form mainly where the roof meets another and then a gutter! At my front door there is now a Huge ice buildup from this issue, also on my back deck again where people have to walk, VERY DANGEROUS. Over my driveway where our vehicles and people walk again Very large icicles form! VERY DANGEROUS. They inform me of the icicles, But should suggestion for the areas where they know Will be traffic they need to point that out and make sure the homeowner is aware Prior to insatllation!!!!!!!

After consulting with me about the quality of my new gutters, my next door neighbor already has hired LeafGuard to replace the gutters on his garage.

As far as the gutters are concerned, they did a good job. The cleanup afterward is what gives this a lower rating.

I had a FREEZE on my credit that apparently was ignored? I would like to receive a $4000.00.adjustment paid to Synchrony Bank. Synchrony had also declined a $35.00 purchase to .J C Penney's during this time period? I had called them since I didn't receive any paperwork. they issued me a DIFFERENT account number from the fikrst one, without any signature?

They were on time, did their job and cleaned up really well. They really took care of us.

After trying to RIP ME OFF for almost $10,000.00 and only finished the job when I stopped the check and you finding that you could not get the money until you finished the job, you finally did what I asked your representive to give me a quote for in the initial quote. Now when it rains hard I get rain in the basement because your pipes from the house to drain the water away are too short and do not get the water far enough from the foundation of the house. You want a recomendation, send people to me and i will tell them the truth about your company. Von Kidd

The customer service representatives that came to our house completely explained the whole procedure from beginning to end. We got quotes from other companies, but we were happy with LeafGuard's customer service and products.

Great gutter system. I think you would get more customers if you reduced the customers cost by 40%. The traditional gutters cost 70% less than LeafGuard
