I was probably charged more than I am satisfied with, and I feel like that is due to the fact that I am a black man living in a black neighborhood. I believe I could've gotten a price less than 16 grand.
They are very unprofessional and don't communicate well. The job was poorly completed.
They did a great job on my gutters, that's all I can say!
If they would’ve did a better job I will
The price is very high.
They did a very great job!
The gentlemen were courteous, explained what they were doing and why the actual product was a good product, and showed me different alternatives.
The service was fantastic. I had a concern and they addressed it promptly.
I had an Insurance claim that required replacement of the previously purchased Leaf Guard System. Leaf Guard worked with me on the installation date as I also had to replace the siding and roofing as well. Installation was completed in one day without incident. Leaf Guard product is unmatched in quality. My only complaint is that this survey is the ONLY contact from Leaf Guard since the job was completed even after several calls to them.
They are the best gutters I have ever owned. I am 65 years old and I have had a lot of them, and LeafGuard is by far the best.
I would recommend LeafGuard of Chicago. It was a great experience.
The product is good but the customer service is horrible.
The guys showed up on time - they were going to work through lunch, but I wasn't having it.... (I bought them pizza and pop).
They did a professional job with the installation.
I have already recommended LeafGuard of Chicago to six other people.
They're very unprofessional. I'm still waiting for them to call me back. The people that they had install the gutters were something else. One of them was very unprofessional, he was a smart alec, he even called me names.
They were very professional and did a terrific job. Very pleased and it looks great.
The work is not complete . I going to court soon because I’m unhappy with Leaf Guard
They did an excellent job in a timely manner. They were very professional. At the time, my brother got sick, and they were patient. When I called them back about an issue, they were excellent.
The two days of installation were fine and I was forewarned for those installation days. However, I have an issue with one part of my gutter system where it was addressed but not forewarned before that day. The worker did give me a courtesy call that day, thank goodness! ALSO I am still waiting about that same issue which has not been addressed as of yet. HOWEVER, the gutters and its system are high quality and even beautiful and overall workmanship is great.
The leafguard system works great.
They did an excellent job. The installers were very professional.
They did the installation, they have been back twice, and now they have to come back a third time to finish the job correctly.
Their management was impeccable and they cleaned up well. They were very respectful to my neighbors as well.
The product is very nice, I'm just in question with the install quality. The drip edge is questionable. The corners are questionable, I will be keeping an eye on the system. And if theres any issues I will call.
