Yes I would recommend. These are good people doing hard work for dare I say it, needy and whiny customers. We love these men and women and are very proud of the work they have done on this house and for our family. This is a family business but its a family business in the family business. Their family, and our family.

I would recommend this group to anyone. Although I do not care to display my personal business to the world, (and that has been understood and respected) I do not hesitate to tell people who is building our home. It is a matter of pride that we were able to use such a group as this.

Megan and I have been planning this home for over a decade. Every year we would get the plans back out and go through them. We knew what we wanted for the most part, but it has been a surprise and a joy to get to see the house we dreamt be affected so deeply by the people building it. Its the culmination of all those job site split decisions and table top meetings and emails and phone calls that have given this house soul. Megan and I may have had the layout just like we wanted it had to fight the Architect for it a little, but its the hands and crafts and minds of the LaRocque team that have breathed life into it. We had an idea and they have made it a reality. We are satisfied.

Yes, they are friendly upfront and honest we have not had any reason to think otherwise. I was also impressed that when I was looking at lenders they had only good things to say about Larocque as well. I would highly recommend this company.

Value - I do see the value in experience and service. We went from dreading this build when interviewing other contractors with vague hard dollar bids to relief with the detailed quote including plans, pricing and budget we received from Larocque.

They were professional, competent, compassionate, helpful, and friendly. I couldn't be more pleased with the business relationship, work ethic, and the quality of workmanship.

Recognized Excellence - Brian Beaugeois. Wow! He cared so much about our project. I felt like I was working with a friend who was doing me a solid favor. Now that the project is over, I feel like I have a friend for life. I suspect I could call him with any questions or for advice regarding our house and he'd be just as helpful as before. [Don't worry, I won't do that out of respect for professional boundaries. :) ]

We are very satisfied and impressed with the process, workmanship, and progress with our rebuild after our house fire. The team is very transparent and takes a personal approach towards assisting us with our rebuild process.

Recommend - I have told many people how I felt about using LaRocque homes for our build. I hope everyone that builds a home gets the same experience that we received. We built a home in 2018 with another contractor and our experience with LaRocque was night and day compared to the other contractor. I shout it from the rooftops how much we enjoy our home and the process of building.
