Design Process - I am very impressed by how they presented their design. I like the drawing/illustration printed on large paper. It makes you appreciate the design even more.

Working with Lang's Home Remodeling was a seamless experience. They were consistently professional, friendly, communicative, thoughtful, provided good follow through, and were very careful. The crews were respectful, friendly, they cleaned up, took care of our home, were easy to work with, and very reliable. Also, I really liked their showroom. The showroom had lots of examples of different tiles, cabinetry, and everything was there to look at. The designers were friendly, helpful, and patient. Overall, a good experience all around.

I thought the Lang presentation was the best and most comprehensive that we have seen and appreciated the work that they took.

The service was great, the design was just what I wanted. The only problem was the cost it was too high.

Everything went very smoothly. Lang's were very professional and kept us very well informed at all time.

Responsive, experienced and professional.

The attention to detail, responsiveness and urgency to complete the job was lacking. It's been over 8 months and the touchups, fixes are still awaiting completion. The amount of follow up I've had to do has been time consuming, frustrating and costly. Multiple emails went unawnswered over multiple weeks, requiring a lot of follow up on my part. There wasn't a dedicated onsite project manager responsible for quality control and I've had to re-explain the issues, resubmit pictures to 4 different people at various times. I have 2 more projects in my house that I would have liked to be completed by Lang's as well as 3 friends redoing their kitchens, unfortunately I can't recommend Lang's especially when we are waiting for the main project to still be completed.

Lang's Kitchen and Bath was very professional and design focused.

Everyone involved in our project was extremely professional and helpful. We are more than satisfied and I would highly recommend them to friends. They made the process as smooth as possible.
