I am a General Contractor and always give KSI as my first option when a client asks me who to go to for their kitchen and bathroom designs. They are knowledgeable and always answer the phone when I have an issue or need an extra piece of trim. They have a wide range of materials for my clients to pick from and everyone that I have sent there as an option has ended up choosing them in the end. That speaks for itself. We have installed 4 KSI kitchens and 2 KSI bathrooms and I have been happy every time. We will continue to do business with KSI.

It's a good facility with experienced designer. They give you ample opportunity to evaluate what looks good for your project. Only issue was getting on the same page with who is doing what part of the installation. By default, they assumed I was going to arrange to install everything and only quoted purchasing components.

Matt does a great job of working with you on a design, whether it's big or small. He is very knowledgeable about his products.He works with you until you are satisfied with the design.

I could not recommend KSI and the entire staff enough. They go above and beyond what you ask of them, working to create a design that gets the biggest bang for your buck. Matt even put together a surprise separate design, saying it's how he would want it designed if it was his kitchen. His design not only created more space and looked the best, but it cost less than the other designs! We went with his plan and can't wait to see the finished result.

We worked with Matt in designing our kitchen a few years ago and had a very enjoyable experience. Therefore we knew that when we went to remodel our bathrooms that we would want to work with him again. Matt is very detail oriented and patient with our questions and requests to see a materials as we wanted to be absolutely sure that we would love the finished product. Friends and family asked if we were going to go anywhere else to compare products and prices but we said no. The experience we get at KSI and working with Matt and Julie is spectacular and I can't imagine going anywhere else for our kitchen and bath needs.

Jeremy was great to work with. He changed the design to meet our needs. The cabinets are beautiful and seem like they are good quality. I would say everything went well up until the cabinets were delivered.The cabinets were ordered and delivered in 4-5 weeks. The delivery person didn't call when he arrived. We received the wrong box of screws and touch up-paint when they delivered everything. We ordered solid hardwood sides, pressed-wood is what was delivered. Its been 6-8 weeks and we are still waiting on the correct pieces to finish installing the cabinets.

The advice given to us in the showroom was very helpful. We had no pressure just great advice picking cupboards, hardware and counter tops. KSI worked within our budget!
