The repair service industry is extremely corrupt because of the commission incentive offered by the companies to the repairmen to sell you parts and service not needed. Chuck Knight is the only honest person I have ever dealt with in the last 30 years.

Knight Air conditioning addressed and resolved an issue that was caused by a manufacturer's defect. The owner purchased a new unit to make sure we did not suffer through the Arizona heat and dealt with the manufacturer after he installed the new unit. Knight cares about the customer and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were addressed first.

By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
