The job went well and it looks well done. I'm not happy about the littering the workers did and the huge tire tracks on my lawn, either from the supervisor's truck or the dumpster when they took it away. Careless.

JPW will meet or exceed your expectations. I have met and worked with a lot of contractors. JPW is by far the most trustworthy, honest, and reliable contractor I have come in contact with. The bid is accurate, the crew shows up for work when they state, and they are thorough. Follow up is unheard of with most contractors. Not the case with JPW. It is evident they want life long customers. Jeff and his crew are very professional, listen to any concerns or questions you may have and address them. Whatever you building need, JPW and their roofing division is where you need to go. You will not be disappointed.

Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Guaranteed Roofing as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
