J P Roofing recently replaced a roof on my property in the Southside of Pittsburgh. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Andrew was excellent and knowledgeable, coming out to the property to do a detailed roof and chimney inspection. After deciding to move forward with the replacement, the roofing crew was prompt and completely replaced the roof in just one day. Josh and Jonathan were professional, very friendly and incredible workers, as well as the rest of the crew. Along with the roof replacement, the crew completely parged the two chimneys, installed new metal flashings and replaced all the rotted wood underneath the roof. I’m glad I didn’t wait any longer and would recommend the friendly crew at J P Roofing for all of your roofing and siding needs!

They did a wonderful job, and we are very happy.

The roofing portion of our work was completed to satisfaction but we had additional work orders regarding necessary work to fix a leak, correct issues with siding, and rehang our gutters that JP Roofing refused to acknowledge and complete despite being charged an additional $3k. After giving numerous attempts to correct the issue, I was forced to accept a subpar repair procedure to attempt to fix the leak. Also, the installers damaged a piece of siding which was never replaced despite being informed it would so I am left to fix that out of pocket.

They did excellent work. I have already recommended them to friends.

The salesman was the nicest guy. He didn't press or push me. He was calm and collective, and he let me think about the job. He explained everything thoroughly, and we made a decision. There was no high pressure, and everything went smoothly. He was very knowledgeable, and he was the nicest salesman I'd ever met.

They were very professional, on time, and did the job right. The place was clean and I didn't think it would look like that. One guy cleaned for 8 or 9 hours. They gave me what I asked for. Neighbors were stopping to tell me how nice it looked.

I can't speak highly enough about them. They came out and did a very good job on my roof. On top of that, I had problems on the roof that they were able to address and fix it well. They are good.

Excellent to work with and were first class in all aspects. We had several special requests which were met without any issues. Clean up was especially good. I would do it all over again with them.

The whole process was great. The salesman, installers, and project manager were all great. The crew cleaned up very well, you could not even tell they had been here. The final walk through went well, and really the whole project was seamless from beginning to end. I could not ask for a better, top-notch company. I have already recommended them to neighbors.
