Knowledge and quality workmanship
We were in a time crunch as the roof needed repair - they worked a schedule for us that was quick and offered names of contractors that could repair the ceiling in the home.
Excellent communication and quality work
Did a job well done .Love the color of my roof. No leaks. The guys took there time to make it right , done perfectly with No mistakes.
I just feel that Dan, the one who came out to discuss the roof and the project, was very straight forward, articulate and knowledgeable. In this day, that is very much appreciated. He was the big reason I went with them.
Flat roof was originally supposed to be done but when the day came to replace the home roof the company decided that they will not touch the flat roof since the pool cage is sitting on it and I would have to get the cage off the roof. Turns out this is not the case there is a gap about 6” between the cage and the roofing where the water runs off into the rain gutters. The workers stated they can get it done but HQ said no. This is what I was told so o said fine will skip the flat roof. They did adjust the pricing of to exclude the flat roof. I don’t know if it’s a miscommunication or what but the workers stated it can be done. I’ve asked them directly but they said that they were instructed to not touch it.
The roofing project included a chimney replacement. The roofing was done quickly and very well. The chimney was not even measured for two weeks. By then the fabrication of the hood would have made the project completion date beyond our closing date. Yes - this delay almost prevented the sale of our house. This caused us to have to re-work a few items with the home buyers and go through some stress. This was not an enjoyable process.
I had used John Hogan, Inc., when I was a property Manager, and always had a satisfactory result with full compliance to the agreement.
very pleased overall
Comparable price, efficiency on eork
I appreciated the whole process, it was very easy, they kept me informed. The job was completed in a very timely manner.. My yard was cleaned up perfectly. Everyone involved in the whole process was very knowledgeable and very nice..
Response to my calls and knowledge of what is needed
They were very responsive to all of my emails. I am happy with everything.
They are a very professional and knowledgeable team
hard to recommend if answers to questions on my roof were never answered. people that did the work did not speak English so any questions i had i could not ask them. part of the wood was removed from my roof with no pictures or verification if this wood was replaced but for sure had to pay the bill in 48 hours even without any answers to my questions
Communication was great!
Every concern we raised became a solved problem thanks to the contractor’s responsive, solution-first approach
recomended neighbor already .
COMMUNICATION
Sales man was great, experienced, knowledgeable and follow through
Dan Viveiros did an excellent job coordinating the work. Office staff called during the roof installation to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Work was done on time.
Very professional and I have a lovely green roof

We felt they did a great job for a fair price.
This crew I had did a great job.
Yes
This was probably the worse contractor experience ever! The whole experience went from bad to worse really fast. Told the same thing to Tom the sales rep.
David, the sales rep was great. Work was done fine initially. I flip houses for a living, so I've dealt with a lot of roofers and hoped that I had found the company I would be using going forward. Now as I am selling the house, the roof failed the four-point due to some cracked and bubbling ridgecap. It's about a 15-minute repair but today I learned the soonest it will potentially happen is a week and a half after I brought it to the company's attention.. which is 2 days before the scheduled closing on the sale at the house. I can't work with delays like that in my business, as my closings have to happen on time. Now I'm stuck looking for another roofing company to do this quick repair ASAP so that I can close on the sale of the house.
Truly frustrating, as I actually just referred your company to a friend who is now scheduled to have his roof replaced by Hogan roofing.. I liked a lot of parts of the experience, but my business depends on rapid remediation of any problems, and Hogan roofing missed the bar.
On the first day, they were working past dark (10pm). I knew this would probably present an issue b/c they couldn't even see what they were doing. The workmanship, especially around wood replacement and flashing was terrible. It didn't even pass inspection. The inspector actually used the word, "asinine". They butchered the fascia boards and rafter tails. Even after pointing it out, they didn't fix the issue. We had to hire another contractor to return to repair the damage. The sales guy knew the work was shameful and said he would give us his commission to help compensate for the poor workmanship and the expense associated with hiring someone else to repair. Of course he never followed through on that.
They were prompt, quick, honest, and had fair pricing and quality.
I ended up spending $1575 on fixing my air conditioning supply line (running in the attic). The crew punctured the line with a long nail protruding though the roof.
They did an exceptional job
Classic Construction was very thorough and did a great job communicating with us.
I came close to canceling when i found out that Hogan Roofing was Classic Construction. Seemed a little deceptive to me
There were three issues identified on the roof when the county inspector came out. Two were what appeared to be scuff marks, or where equipment was dropped, which were not enough for the roof to fail. An outside claims examiner indicated those kinds of scuff marks are the first place to show deterioration or problems. There was a shingle that was broken and tarred into place. Although the shingle was not broken all the way through, it did not fail. I was happy with the job otherwise, but I would tell others to look out for items like this. I expected a perfect job, and I did not quite get that.
There was a man and his son and they were well-mannered and good at what they were doing. Classic Construction came and fixed a problem that another company had created.
Classic Construction was friendly and professional, and they answered all my questions.
Everything was done professionally and on time.
