It's just always a pain when you work with a non-local company who works with subcontractors they may not even know themselves. Something is always going to be left undone or not done well, because no-one takes ownership of the job. It's nothing about Galli, it's a verdict that I would have about any company that uses a crew that they do not know and have no control over.

I would not use them again because they are out of state. I would only use someone local.

I was very pleased with everyone from the adjustor to the project intermediary, and the person that did the work did especially well. everything went smoothly. I couldn't have been happier. The job got done and I highly recommend them.
