JKC is a great company and did an outstanding job on our 2 projects, an extensive home remodel and construction of a garage-apartment, before we moved to Flagstaff as full-time residents. Jeff and Kerry-Lyn were both very hands-on and took the time to help shape and refine our initial ideas and selections into a solid plan. The work was completed while we were not residents, and through challenges at the height of the pandemic, but a combination of first-rate staff, the quality of whom became increasingly evident as we got to know and work with them, and the transparent project management process, including the excellent customer web portal (CoConstruct), gave us confidence the projects were proceeding to plan. Both were responsive to any questions we had, necessary changes were discussed in advance and there were no surprises. They were committed to making sure everything was perfect at the end and all punch-list items were promptly addressed. We love our new Flagstaff home, feel fortunate that we got to work with JKC to make it happen and strongly recommend them for any construction or remodeling projects!

JKC is a first class operation from head to toe. The entire process was very clear and transparent with a customer web portal and communication experience that added to great value. We have now completed 2 projects with JKC Inc. and have been thoroughly satisfied with our experience in both cases. Mr. Knorr and his team provide a quality experience from start to finish. From design through product selections and construction, the team brings superior knowledge and experience to each project. The process is very organized and communication is excellent through their online portal. I always felt that our property was respected and that safety on the project was a priority. Project timetables were met as promised. Project costs stayed within budget. The project manager was actively involved in supervision, maintained constant communication, and always made sure that our interests as homeowners were considered. The high standards of the company are evident in the final product.

From my very first contact with JKC to the completion of the job everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Due to Covid, the delays related to the winter weather, and some unexpected structural problems that had to be addressed, the job took longer than initially expected. However, JKC did every thing they could to work with me to get me back in my house as quickly as possible. My new kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful and I am sure I will deeply appreciate my new garage in the winter months!

Can’t say enough good things about this company. JKC helped us with our re-model about 3 years ago. They did an amazing job. We recently noticed a leak in our bathroom and didn’t know what to do. I called JKC. Keith juggled his busy schedule to help out. He got a roofer out on a Friday afternoon to fix the leak. This issue really didn’t have anything to do with our past re-model, but they helped out anyway. I can’t tell you how grateful we are. Talk about customer service!

I have nothing but great things to say about JKC Inc.! When we decided to build a house on our property we sent some feelers out to about six contractors in the Flagstaff area. Jeff (owner of JKC) responded and we set an appointment to meet him at our property. He was helpful from beginning to end in helping us understand the nuances of building a new house, there was a lot more to it than we had ever considered. Kerry-Lynn, Frankie, and the whole crew that managed our build were absolute professionals. They helped us when we needed help, gave us space when we needed to think, and nudged us as required. We didn't live in Flagstaff when we started the build but lucky for us JKC was accustomed to building for out-of-towners. The construction management software they use (co-construct) has a customer interface that allows you to see progress on the build, weekly picture updates, approve/decline selections, and communicate through the software. So it was a one stop shop for the project from a customer standpoint. I highly recommend JKC inc. to anyone looking to build a new house.

We were very happy with our experience with JKC. Picking out finishes and products was very efficient with Kerry-Lyn who was very helpful. As homeowners living in another city, they did a great job of communicating work progress with weekly updates via CoConstruct app which was very helpful. Unexpected problems were resolved in a timely fashion. While I am sure that JKC is not the cheapest, I don't think I would choose anyone else.

Very professional organization

We hired JKC for our cabin remodel and we couldn't be happier. We live in Phoenix so couldn't be on site in Flagstaff for much of our project. Keith, our project manager, was great and gave us updates each week and was in contact with us throughout the process. Kerry-Lyn was very responsive to changes that came up and keeping us informed on progress. The whole experience was professional and organized. Our project turned out better than expected and we are enjoying our beautiful cabin. We would definitely recommend JKC to friends in the future.

Schedule - Adhering to a fixed schedule for remodeling is impossible. We've done enough over the years to know that schedules need to be flexible, especially when dealing with sub-contractors and city permits. That said JKC's staff always kept us informed.
