Project manager involved with my restoration was incompetent, insulting and unprofessional I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Jeff and Bobby are fantastic to work with. Bobby is a great Foreman and communicates well. Jenkins is more expensive than other companies, but I chose them.

Jenkins Restoration was highly professional, very compassionate and understanding as well as very patient during the entire process. They were able to answer any questions I had and took my phone calls during every stage of the process.

I would not have wanted anyone else. I can recommend specific people highly, overall Jenkins and affiliated companies as good as they get.

the only reason I gave a #3 to 4 and 7 is there are still a few things that need to be fixed in my unit from construction problems, otherwise they are very professional and well knowledgeable of the work they have contracted to do! I would differently recommend them for any job in their field!!

Jenkins Restoration was a blessing in a sea of confusion. Never had someone drive into my home. Mile and his team took me step by step and fixed my home like it was new. Even through the Covid restrictions. Mike alwasy kept me in the loop.

Jenkins Restorations did an amazing job with a difficult project and we cannot thank them enough with their help. Trying to complete a fire and water restoration during the pandemic, and with the ever increasing demands and hoops to jump thru with permitting and insurance claims was incredibly difficult. Jeff Alexander our claims rep never gave up and we would not have gotten our insurance monies with out him. The crew was amazing with some of the best tile and detail work done to date, and the GC was very patient and professional with handling all the change orders and concerns that come with working with a Board of Directors and a very old property. We are already working with them again with an upcoming project.

Jesse did a great job informing us of the restoration process. He did an exceptional job in making sure our questions were answered clearly.

They were six weeks behind schedule. The finished work was just OK. I feel because I was a women, they took advantage of me and over charged for the job. The final straw was the walk through, when all there mistakes were blamed on us. I would not recommend this company.

We have had Jenkins Restorations work on two of properties, one in Virginia and now our home here in Florida. Fantastic work and service in both locations. Thank you Jenkins!
