Poor quality of work

Response guy (2) showed up very quickly. Were very courteous and thorough.

I am likely to recommend ANYONE but Jenkins Restorations. In fact, I told my insurance company about my experience in hopes that they would take them off their client list.

They were responsive for the dry out portion then left me hanging and would not respond when it was time to rebuild the walls and my bathroom.

Watch the workers to make sure they are actually doing everything they are supposed to do from the explanation that is provided to you before the work starts. Check your bill as well to be sure everything your charged for was accomplished. We had to have them return a couple of times to finish what they actually said they would. In the end, they did do a decent job upon completion.

The workmanship, project delays, and perceived insignificance of my home has made this already stressful situation even more stressful. While I have very much enjoyed engaging with all employees at Jenkins, I do not understand why we cannot get my home project completed. I am now at 4 months since loss, and still not back together.

There's potential within the company, but so far the work has always ended up being more than what was quoted and the workers' schedules were all over the place. They would show up and leave or not show up at all when they said they would. I would recommend an extra set of hands or two and some organization within the company and their workers.

Was great

The representatives of Jenkins Restoration were exceptional people to work with. However, to better their services, they should make sure the team is able to speak and understand the language of the homeowner.

It took them a long time to complete my house, and they were going through different people to complete my job, but it was counter productive, they were also getting rid of people out of nowhere and some of the things they did were not right.

We've used Jenkins Restoration for 2 major home repairs from water damage and would only use them again if ever needed. I highly recommend Jenkins to service your needs 100% from start to finish on any job in your home.

Frank, who oversaw it, did an excellent job! His staff who came underneath him and his personnel they did a good job as well.

We were extremely pleased with them. They went above and beyond anything we expected. The materials were first quality, they were quick, and I would highly recommend them.

Unacceptable delay. I was told 2 weeks to get the job done and is taking 4 months.

They have no problem sending crews out to fix things. It's just a headache. The whole process has not been fun. I have four kids in school.

I was thoroughly pleased. This was a giant mess when it happened. It couldn't have been better. Everything went really wwell. From the people to how and what they did. I was thoroughly satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent experience with Jenkins

I was thoroughly impressed with the response time after I reached out.

All the employees that I dealt with were very professional, hard working, honest and reliable. One even went beyond the call of duty to help me. I appreciate all the help and the company.

I had problems paying the final bill, that was the biggest issue I had trying to get an address to mail payments since they don't accept credit cards.

They did a great job. The only thing I regret is that they finished so quickly. I really enjoyed Travis and Frank. They stuck to what they promised, and I really appreciate all they did for me. The courtesy they showed was unbelievable. You don't see that much.

The mitigation process is the only work completely thus far. I am completely happy with the work thus far.
